Making my own option: Yes, because you relentlessly trolled and harassed players/members to the point of being removed membership. It wasn't solely based on your spam so much as it was based on the attitude you showed of doing something you knew would end with negative consequences. Meaning, you were warned multiple times on separate occasions in regards to either spamming, name calling, or general trolling, but the attitude remained the same toward it (up until now).

Isn't this thread about Darkwolf and not Chrono? This was quoted on page 4 in which I went into detail on each of the things accused of Darkwolf by Chrono. In other words, the whole reason for the Report Abuse.

This is why Darkwolf's previous thread was closed. Because no one can handle giving just one detailed post without coming back and criticizing or calling out someone else for what they say. I have yet to see a single person who hasn't instigated griefing by quoting someone else and saying what they said wrong, what they've done wrong, and more importantly, why they're wrong. If this shit keeps up, I'm going to close this thread and take full responsibility for whatever follows afterwards, even if it means a demotion. It is definitely not under my jurisdiction, but I'd rather everyone keep a collected mind if it means risking losing my position. I mean, for the love of god, this Report Abuse is for three simple things, and it has grown to six pages in length, all because everyone is starting this huge war among each other in who's right or who's wrong. This is why we have opinions. Are none of you civilized enough to leave your opinion (as detailed as can be) in one or two posts, without quoting someone else and pointing out things you think are wrong? @@serbiansnaga for either his verdict on this entire ordeal, or to close until he can establish what will happen. Alright, from this point on, no more bickering at each other guys. Try your best to keep this thread on topic (meaning toward the Report Abuse OP and Darkwolf). Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, and as such, should not be shot down for stating their end of the story. Any further posts from this point on that are specifically targeted at "Group A" or "Group B" will be removed. I'm not intentionally trying to threaten anyone, but if anyone has a discrepancy with someone else who isn't Darkwolf, either keep it to yourself or talk it out elsewhere. I think it's about time I gave my input. In the past, Matsi was just "that guy" who excessively posted about every little detail of either Staff Abuse or rule breaking. Needless to say, he has greatly improved since then and not only does he provide legitimate evidence, but he now keeps a calm and registered tone in addressing anything (unlike his constant blowing-up and raging in the past). I have seen a mature and active player rise out of those ashes, and I sincerely and honestly think Matsi may be ready to take a position of power. For the sake of being as thorough as possible, I'm going to include an A/M scale (not required). A: 8/10 - One of the more active players I've seen, both on Counter-Strike: Source (Jailbreak) as well as our TeamSpeak server. Both of which is to be expected of someone in a position of power as a Staff Member. Activity is where it should be. M: 8/10 - Tremendous improvement since his last-known personality of blowing-things-out-of-proportion. He now keeps a calm collected tone when addressing a problem or situation, and isn't afraid to give his complete opinion regarding anything. I have also seen a fair amount of patience, as well as the ability to be the mediator in a problem or any other scenario. Back since he was a CS:GO player, I have not seen any form of outburst or aggression arise from him, making him an ideal Staff Member. Maturity is where it should be. D: +1 you have both earned and deserve the position of Moderator, and it would be an honour to have you able to moderate in our CS:S Division! This is- I just- I can smell the stank this thread is emitting all the way from the General section, my god. What happened to the civility of people? The amount of roids-rage is ludicrous. For the sake of myself, I'm going to be posting on what this Report Abuse thread is about (disregarding everything else, solely because it has all been mentioned enough times that I'm sure Darkwolf gets the picture) and that's it. I won't be replying to anyone or anything, should they choose to reply to my post. Alright, without further ado, here we go: "Refuses to acknowledge why he gags and or slays people." Fair enough. This is something all of our Staff Members should be thorough in. No matter how frivolous or ridiculous it is, the rules we abide by state that we must give a reason as to why the gag/slay/kick/ban was dealt, whether it be before the punishment is dealt or after (preferably after). Regardless of the rank of the player/member being punished, a reason should always be given. It's perfectly understandable that Chrono should know what to expect (even though I don't entirely see the problem with saying it in Admin Chat if no one is offended). "Threatens players when they question him. 'Recording demo whole time, dare you to fight it'." As Staff Members, we have no need to threaten members/players with a demo if they are disobeying. We have the ability to target all of our Staff for the sole purpose of keeping the peace and being able to punish those who aren't listening. In no way should we ever have to threaten with a demo, and if a demo is being recorded, it should not be used as a threat ingame to gain leverage into what you're saying. If you're recording a demo, then keep recording, don't feed the fire by saying something like this during your demo. "Wrongly gagged me." Given that the derogatory term "nigger" has been flung around everywhere in TeamSpeak and even been used by the Member in question is enough to not warrant any form of action, especially if it was uttered in Admin Chat. By no means should a Staff Member !gag another Staff Member for saying it in Admin Chat if it is being used as a joke or just playing around (however if a Staff Member is taking offence to it, do not continue and stop), especially if that Staff Member says it all the time out-of-game. The only reason it is given leniency in Admin Chat is because there is only a handful of Staff on at any given point, and more than likely they can take it as a joke. The use of this derogatory term in Public chat however; may insult or offend one of the many players who are on. Chrono used it via Admin Chat in a joking manner (from what I've heard). Should he had spammed admin chat with it, then an appropriate course of action should have been taken. Pretty long, but I'm pretty sure that covers everything based on the OP of this Report Abuse. Given the circumstances however, I will state that both Darkwolf and I were stressed and pressured the other night from the over abundance of complaints we received. Darkwolf did not have a level-head at the time, and yes, was easily provoked into immediate action. I can testify that he was not in a calm state of mind and may have acted rashly, but yes, this is not an acceptable means of "venting" and some rules were broken as an Admin. With that in mind, I strongly suggest to any Staff Member who has built up stress to log off and vent before getting back on. This will prevent you from making any substantial damage by breaking rules or skipping steps, and will also keep threads like this to a minimum. You don't understand, no matter how much you've said you "messed up" and that it was "accidental", things were decided a while back and they will stay the same until a substantial change has been made. So far every Ban Protest I've seen recaps the exact same notion of either: A. "I'm sorry" B. "I messed up" C. "I wasn't trying to do it" I'm not trying to put you down bud, but you aren't making a change for the better so much as you are waiting it out. I won't lie, Shadow has become the very icon of a player who has changed their ways for the better. I see a completely different person, even till now whenever he's on (scarcely as of recent). When I see you ingame, I still see the same player. I'm not forcing you to change the way you are, but there just hasn't been a change in which we may consider your unban. As stated in almost every other thread, you were given a huge chance by not being permanently banned from the Server, and just being banned from CT. So instead of making a Ban Protest saying you're sorry, that you've changed, that it wasn't on purpose, or anything related to begging for forgiveness, actually change the way you see things and how you act. We know you're sorry. We know you have repented. We know you seek forgiveness. But what we still haven't seen from the point you were CT banned to this point now, is a changed player. #Closing this thread unless anyone has a reason to keep it open. Alright, there are several components missing here on this Ban Protest. I will try to make this as short as possible, as well as detailed so that people won't whine about a "TL;DR". Before anyone provides a +1 or a -1 I strongly suggest looking over this post. I will also state that I am not posting this to spite Peppermint in any way at all, I think he's a great guy, but there is a reason as to why he is still CT banned. Origin of Ban: - Peppermint had been CT banned prior to this occurrence, two seperate times. Once was for mass freekilling by I'm not sure who, the admin has been removed. He was later unbanned. - The second occurence was during a "no-balls" by myself, which to this point I still take full responsibility for. My cellmates and I were unstacked at the VIP cell of the hellsgamers map when someone threw a smoke nade. PepperMint stated that he would kill anyone through the smoke if they moved, and I said he couldn't see us and that he had "no-balls" to kill us. Needless to say, it happened. - Again, after this occurence, he was given more leniency and a verdict was given that should PepperMint ever mess up as a CT again (regardless of whether it warrants a CT ban or not) he was to be Server banned. This was discussed a while back with the Higher-Ups. - The third ban was dealt by mike, this being that he was permanently CT banned for freekilling. There have been many witnesses saying it was only 2, but regardless, it was warranted that should PepperMint ever mess up again as a CT, he was to be Server Banned instead of CT banned. Instead of changing the outcome, it was established that he would remain CT banned instead of taking the original punishment of being server banned. That is essentially how it has been up to this point. PepperMint was given further lay-away and was only CT banned instead of server banned. If I'm lacking any information, feel free to let me know (or if any of my information is misguided or wrong). - Dat guy, Forest

After that, the next few posts I typed each mention letter for letter (which I can also verify because the "USER" tags are quoted around the names when I go to edit)

Mine Sweeper Warden will announce that Mine Sweeper will be played. Mine Sweeper may only be played with a ratio of 1:2 (Example: 3 CTs and 6 Ts). Warden will announce a Starting Point and Ending Point. The Ts will be moved to the Starting Point, unstack shoulder to shoulder, and be ordered to face the direction they will be walking before looking straight up with their flash lights on. The CTs will then lay down their sprays in their path (CT sprays may not overlap or connect in any way, nor can they be in close proximity of each other in an attempt to make a straight line). CTs may not respray. Should they choose to respray at any point during the game, their new spray will be considered an "inactive mine" and will not warrant a kill. When the Warden gives the word, the Ts will make their way to the Ending Point. Ts may only shift-walk, but can strafe in any direction so long as they are heading in the direction of the Ending Point. If a T steps on a CT spray at any point, they will "explode" (Kill on sight). This game can be played down to any number of Ts, so long as the ratio is 1:2. ______________________________________________________________________________________ Official MoTD Version of Mine Sweeper. I gave the okay for the permanent CT ban, for the sole reasoning that it was indeed a Mass Freekill, regardless if it was accidental or unintentional. Judging purely by the fact that ShadowSpy was in the same room with MineCrack and is in complete agreeance that it was not intentional, I can honestly give a +1 for a shortened ban (reason being that a punishment should still be given, as with any other CT ban, time undecided). Given that it was a Freeday as well only helps his cause, meaning anyone could have done the same thing and unintentionally mass'd. Permanent CT bans really only pertain to intentional doings more than they do unintentional. This is why we have Ban Protests and why we listen to those who mass. If permanent bans were permanent, this wouldn't even be discussed nor would any threads be open for debate in regards to mass punishments. But the whole point of this is for the commands to stack on each other, thus making it a memory game (just like the original Simon Says game, which you can find on the OP) yes, which is what i am saying. you're saying to go slow in doing it. my example is Jump>Jump>Jump>Crouch>360 to left>Jump>Jump>crouch>crouch>crouch>jump>180 left>jump>180 right Ts do it. Wait a second or 2 asdhjgfahjksdgfahjksdgfjkahsgdfjkahsgdfhjagdf So the chain of commands is going on far too long? Or there just isn't enough time for the Ts to mimic the Warden's commands. Just trying to get a full understanding of the problem
