You don't get moderator by just sitting and waiting. Those people who get moderators deserved the position. Most of'em were and are active in server and also in Teamsepak, where all the Division Leaders and Managers are. And those people show leaders and managers their ability to be a mod. Also, after the last post of your Moderator Submission which was denied due to not completed requirement, you never applied again. (And you do not fit the requirement right now either). So there is no reason to mad about other people not giving you moderator.

We took out Fruit ninja long time ago becase it cased problem and could not fix. And it did again when we put it on again. I think as of now, we have enough LR contents. it wouldn't be bad idea to take out again.

we have too much servers that are not used/active for css. only active servers are 3 out of 10 servers. we need to change those unactive servers(such as Chrismas sercer, death run) to be more attractive for normal cs:s players

I think adding bit of perks would be ok idea. But different skin every class would be hard and confusing.
