Hi. I don't really know what to start this thread off with. However, although I'm bad with introductions as well as putting together words to make proper sentence structure to explain things so people get a better understanding.. I'll just let the title of this thread say it all.
 
I haven't really been around this community for that long. It's been probably around a month, if even. I've met a lot of awesome people and some people, that for no reason, strongly dislike me. Or maybe they have a reason; they're just not open to telling me what it is, I don't know. For those awesome people I've met: Thanks for being supportive and nice even despite the times I was an utter cunt. For those jerks that weren't so nice and decided to troll me because of what they heard rather than giving me the benefit of the doubt, whatever. I've held a lot of grudges in my life and the internet is certainly not a place for that.

No, thats an admins job. You're job is to create and enforce new ideas that make your respective division better than the other ones.
 
Enforcing rules is what a moderator does, if you want to be a glorified moderator than be an admin.
 
Division Managers, as blatantly as the title says it, manage a division. You need to work within your division to make your admins and moderators better and leave the petty problems to them, as it is not your concern.

I've been opposed to community rooms virtually since day 1. It's basically small, private teamspeak servers. You can chose mods, admins, and ban people if they break channel rules, or blacklist them. It sounds like a great idea, until you realize all the problems it causes.
 
I think it has turned our teamspeak into 1 gigantic circlejerkfest. People stay in locked rooms 24/7. Out of the three months, I rarely have seen Warrior, Jake and Pinoy leave that room. Granted, it is a community room, but when you get a pm in-game, you dont answer it. You wait until you're finished, which in warrior's case can take an upwards of 30+ minutes, and then answer. By then, the problem has already solved itself, or escalated so high, it causes intervention from a third party, such as a coleader. I hardly see Warrior doing his administrative duties. 95%, he's in his locked channel, complaining about the current league game, or complaining about the community.
 
And what's this about "I'll go on when I'm needed" crap. You got admin for being active, not by playing league everyday. Don't pull that card, then cry that you did nothing. That's exactly why you got demoted. We shouldn't have to ask you to get on, you should instead already be on. That's how you got admin in the first place. Grow up.
 
But, I digress. Maybe making a monthly fee or something, just to help keep the channels cleaned and cleared up, since we have more community rooms than servers.
 
@@MineCrack If a person PMs you, most of the time you won't answer. It's easier for a person to join a channel, say what they need to, and leave. I've had conversations lasting 10 minutes typing, which could have been resolved in under three.

You want the TS admins to just do a regular check of all the channels? That sounds idiotic to me for a couple reasons; One being that if someone is in a channel with their friends, they most likely won't want to be disturbed. Second being that you are telling Warrior and Pinoy, and all the other TS admins to shape up and not just sit in one community channel (Warriors Room), then why the fuck is Serb in there 95% of the time. Serb still does his job more than expected, and still just sits in Warriors channel. You know why? People can either message him, or go into warriors channel if it's unlocked (which it is most of the time). I have no reason to believe why Pinoy or Warrior should have got admin removed. They did what they were supposed to in the times when powers were needed. You can't just expect them to know when something is going on channel that needs to be fixed unless they're messaged. Just like you don't know how you should improve on xG unless people tell you their suggestions. It's not a big deal that they had admin, the more the merrier is what I feel.
