Trolling/"teamkilling?" Evidence:

Not really sure if you guys consider this against the rules but I know on other servers(xG's L4D2 servers)... doing something to intentionally hinder your team is considered trolling and/or teamkilling and is bannable...
 
This guy was intentionally holding the spawn door open so that his friends could shoot into it and spawn camp better. Was really annoying... There seems to be a rule specifically for this on the saxton hale server, I think it should also be on this one... It is annoying when you own team helps the other team and I think it should not be allowed!

Guy tried to kill the entire red team with rockets, failed pretty horribly... but killed 3 before being teambanned for a day by @KendrickLlama who only saw him kill 2
 
I have it on demo, he kills 3 total before banned, plus he was trying to kill a lot more. Requesting that the day teamban be extended to perm, thanks!

Him and other guy I also made a request for both "trying" to mass freekill... but they are like 5 and suck at the game....

i've been in xG for a year and over the past couple of weeks i haven't really played tf2 cause i've felt like i've forced myself to do so.
this isn't out of spite its just that i don't find the server fun anymore and when dont get me wrong it is sometimes fun but my my charm for tf2 has diminished.
also there is the fact that i do get frustrated that i'm literally playing at a disadvantage with living in England and all (that hasn't stopped me playing American servers though).
And I feel that some parts of the tf2 div are not my cup of tea "cough" JB "cough". but don't get me wrong, this clan has given me very good moments and also giving me a chance to be a mod and an admin which i thank it for.
i will join the server now and again and maybe joining TS but my love for the servers has diminished.
so goodbye xG its been fun while it lasted.

Hey all, just wanted to let you know that I'm leaving.
With a new job and my ever increasing responsibilities, I have less and less time to play games. When I do it seems to be too late and the servers are empty.
In addition, I feel like Ive slowly grown out of the community, and have gotten tired of playing the same game over and over again, and need to move on. I need to focus on my priorities and devote more time to improving my circumstances and career path.
 
This community has definitely given me a lot of fun times, especially hanging out with really funny people, (far too many to list here) making unique friends, and also having the privilege of letting me create a map for xG and testing it with everyone.
 
I will still visit the servers occasionally, and play when I have the time. But i cant make the commitment that is needed for a xg member. Everyone, it has been a pleasure, and don't forget to have fun (even if it means disregarding the rules occasionally)

Because a lot of people just want powers to have powers. In other words, a portion of our Staff believes that having Moderator/Administrator just means they play whenever they want to have fun and can help out on the Server they enjoy. If I were to ask a Staff Member why they don't go on a particular Server, I can bet they will reply with "because it's boring" or something along the lines of that.
 
What I'm getting at is that a lot of people seem to forget that being a Moderator+ means they are given responsibilities and duties to moderate and maintain order on all of the Servers of that particular Division, not just on the ones they have fun on. It doesn't matter if you (in general @staff) don't have fun doing it, you accepted the position and should be aware of what it entails.
 
In regards to solving this 'problem', (mentioned in another thread similar to this one) the best way to remedy this is to find responsible players on the other Servers to accept a moderating position. That means Division Manager(s) need to be on the other Servers to gather up possible candidates :coffee:

I honestly believe Ghostbusters can be a very mature guy, but the fact that he can be, does not mean he is. Normally when I'm just talking to him on steam, he's mature as anyone else. But in-game, he acts like...Well, a troll. Funny as hell. I doubt I want a moderator like that, though. I might put some reconsideration into this later, but that'd have to be a big change in him which I doubt will happen. +/-0 @Hidingmaster

Because @DCook @diabeetus @Chrono @Bleed @DrLee @Hexx and @Forest exist.

Oh yeah, sorry guys. Totally forgot this was xG CSS div. 14 bans (1 for freekilling, 5 for racism, 1 for racism and spamming, 2 for advertising for hG, 1 for glitching the map, and one for tarping that lead to a mass freekill.) +1 We should honestly just go ahead and promote him to Co-Leader. Great staff potential. 11/10 would do.

Arnt you the kid who said he was 20 in his member app but in game said you 12? And then continued on about how this is your brothers account. If this was ever believable, now its less.
 
But anyway I have been giving some more attention to Deathrun. I had to ban a couple kids yesterday and kick a few today. But the problem is that its just broken and when its broken it stops from people going to it. Then JB2, the only time you see a group of xG members on there is to rebel over and over and over. Because everyone knows jb2 is full of like 7 of kids who are obnoxious and this also drives people away. Also people play what they find fun. I dont find running around and killing people on a trade server fun and I dont find getting stunned by auto bonks every 10 seconds fun. But this is just me, other people find this stuff fun and thats what keeps bringing them back day after day. Jailbreak is what kept bringing me back day after day and I also think its the same way for many other people.

if he was banned 1 year ago then yes I think he deserves a second chance. People do say stupid things when angry, Ive played TF2 when angry once and I complained about everything :p

I've been watching lately and people who have been banned a yr+ and finally made a ban protest have been unbanned, I don't see the problem with you being unbanned since there's a clear apology. +1
