One would think that... I suppose I'm trying to remind everyone since I've had to say it many times in-game and people don't believe me.

Players, mods, and admins alike are all divided on if rebelling after you choose a LR game is allowed. A quote from the MotD: Somebody just killed me by rebelling after his guntoss. I ain't even mad, but there were admins present and nothing was done; they said it was OK to do this. I've also seen arguments in public admin chat on this matter. Can we all agree on something?

+0 from me. If you listen closely, you can hear Towlie's mic turn on before the round ends. This could be to audio and video desynchronization, mic lag, server lag, etc. If he called it 2 seconds into the round and then had his warden passed, then it would be abuse. Yes, I am aware of the mic icon that appears in the bottom right of the screen, but there was lag in between rounds so it could have been pressed beforehand. That is to say: in the video, the mic icon appears at the start of the new round, but there was lag before the new round started so it's possible that it was pressed before this. Everything happens so close together that it's impossible to tell who is right from this demo. If somebody else recorded a demo, they should post it so we could see what Orangejuice saw.

I think it might be because there is a default program that runs those files and has that logo. Try right-clicking them, saying "Open With..." and then changing the default program for those files.

These are good ideas, but the parameters should be further adjusted. Warden should be passed when it is called within 0.01 seconds into the round. CTs should be slain at, not after, 7:29 if they are still in the armory.
