You consistently mic-spam in Teamspeak, you get banned on the forums, you hacked (unbanned a few weeks later), then you have the nerve to call me a troll? Only one word can describe this:

Your mic-spam has caused such as ruckus on teamspeak, I'm surprised you're not banned yet. Your shit-posting and constant lurking on the forums, even after you've been banned, show you're nothing more than an attention whore. You constantly seek approval, then pull shit like hacking, and expect not to be punished in the same way. You sat behind Duckii, only to be told you're annoying as shit, and that you have to leave her alone. And you've made four ban protests, with no avail, and keep crying to higher ups to unban you, even though those suicide threats were very real, and precaution was taken. This account just proves you don't want to leave, like a dog that been beaten, crawling back, hoping for love, only to be beaten again. You keep making new accounts, all which have been shortly banned later, proving you can't and will not change, no matter how much you claim to.

You have no reason to stay here, everybody pretty much agrees that the suicide threats were very real, and silence merely took action in what he believed was right, after all, he could be held accountable if you did follow through. Lapis you know I like you but you fucked up. There may be a point where I would consider giving a +1 to this but that is not anytime soon. You did this with the intention of breaking rules and then you left. The punishment is just and should not be altered at all any time soon.

you demonstrated poor leadership by taking a personal problem between you and xg and brought in your clan as well by threatening to perm them if they played on xg servers. what they do with their steam account is their choice alone, u have no right whatsoever to even think that you can tell them to play on this server or not play on this server. how you handled this was almost the worst way possible to handle it, you are punishing your own members for a mistake that was yours and yours alone, in fact you may have fucked over your clan because of this cause i could just decide to perm all XEC members from our servers with the only way of being unbanned is to leave your clan. however, unlike you, im not a complete raging, idiot 12 year old, i THINK first and not complain like a little bitch.
 
if you had played on xg servers before and browsed our forums, ud know that the brother or friend excuse does not and will not pass off as a valid reason, but u probably didnt and are saying that as a way to curry favor among others to make urself look like ur a long time player or something.
 
on a related note, it was a 1 week ban and you're seriously butthurt this badly? if anything i should just server ban you perm so we never have to deal with the likes of you again, i know plenty of my members would enjoy seeing that come to fruition.
 
you're not getting unbanned, as for the perm server ban for you, ill think about that, be lucky that your members arent getting banned from our servers

I am so utterly confused how this turned into a threat that was claiming disrespect... Kirito made a simple joke, and as a clan leader you should understand that people tell this same story a lot. It may or may not be the truth, but as a community it would be right to assume you are lying. We have never, will never, and you will never assume someone is telling the truth when they submit a ban protest. It is up to the one whom is banned to prove themselves innocent. You got off easy, and you acknowledged it. Why would you go on and then disrespect xG? Permanently banning all of us from whatever events/servers you have, not allowing your people to play with us... thats a little excessive. For the stuff that we had helped you out with in regards to other bans for your members, I would expect a little more friendly response. I went out of my way to make sure that the issue you were having was resolved, then you turn around (remember, after a more than lenient ban on you) and disrespect us.

I'm sorry Duckii, I am going to have to -1. It's not anything personal but it's on more of an xG scale and I will try to share my complete unbiased opinion. There are basically two things that makes me want to -1. The first is the issue of liability.
 
We've tried to help you in the past with your real life problems, obviously they aren't a joke. You say they have gotten better and you have learned to cope more or less, and I hope they did. But, if god forbid something did happen then xG could be held liable and the people affiliated with it could be facing serious shit.
 
The second is more of the issue of drama. An internet clan by it's nature is somewhere were people go to chill and have fun, kinda an outlet from the stresses of RL. Having to deal with with drama caused by your personal problems and by these regular ban protests is really against what the clan is for. And as said earlier, you sometimes tend to target people ingame and on the forums because they share a different opinion and make the issue quiet public.

Yeah you are right Kirito not everyone is unbanned. Just everyone who has ever made a unban protest is unbanned (for the most part).

I don't agree with [nor condone] mass intentional freekilling. Whether it was for shits and giggles, or done upon a "no balls" request, the intention to do it was there. You're a great guy Trin, but I made a recent vow to treat every Ban Protest with the unbiased truth of the matter at hand.
 
You Intentionally mass freekilled, you knew the consequences of your actions (as do most who do it) yet you continued to do so. Don't take this the wrong way, I'm not spiting you in any way, I'm just doing my job as part of the Staff of XenoGamers. My decision is a -1, as will it be with any other player/member who is naive enough to mass freekill and expect to be unbanned.
 
If you people want to carry on this legacy of the "But this guy did this and got away with it" then you might as well remove permanent bans. Hell, you might as well not deal out punishments while you're at it. As Jordo said, not everyone's going to find something disrespectful, just like not everyone has the same capability of taking criticism or insults. If you [in general] don't find it insulting, good for you, but it wasn't directed at you and therefore you don't have the right to be saying "Oh well, it's not disrespect". Warrior clearly took offence, and it's pretty obvious as to why that is. A stern talking-to should be in order here, and it better not just be a slap on the wrist.
