you (along with a couple other people) go on the server for about ten minutes and leave (after the server has a solid population). It doesn't help when our own staff don't stay on the servers for long and help populate. lol thats exactly the problem.. we can build a population but for how long? everyone eventually gets bored. after we get a solid population we can't stop them from leaving, there's just nothing more to offer at this point.

exactly, cs:go can be the most populated server, it's just we have nothing to offer anymore.. sure if we have dedicated people as penguin so described, and we get our population up, then what? it gets boring because we have no new maps, no hub. sure it can be populated but for how long till everyone gets bored? i think a hub would keep the population only growing, it wouldn't populate it as thats an easy task to do What we need (for now) is dedicated staff to populate daily, that is what will keep people coming back day after day. People notice a server that has a daily 15 people and will want to come back to a server that is populated daily again, it comes back to populating. Sure hub will give a bigger incentive, but we didn't have hub a few months back, but the server was populated daily. What we need to do is establish a daily population and go from there. We can't use hub as an excuse for not populating when our server was one of the most populated jb servers at one point, without hub. you're just proving my point, sure it was fun.. but to what extent. people get bored, same things over and over again, of course people are going to leave.. and dont put this all on the staff and dont make yourself look so high and mighty like you're some saint for staying in an empty server for 30 minutes. Dont bag on m-town, i've seen him populate the xG server all on his own.

Look at HG, they play one map so what's keeping people playing ? their store. Let me get something in your head about programmers: Hourly rate for regular programmings is ~$10-20 It's not cheap. Either learn how to program or win the lottery. uhh how long would the coder take cause i'll help with payments if it's really that expensive
