Well, there are certain skins that I would consider "OP"' One of these is Wheatley. Wheatley, being a floating ball, can't really be headshot since you can't see his head. Some people might get confused on what class it is, or what team he is on since Wheatley's core is always blue. If you have any other skin ideas that should be removed/changed just post on this thread

Think of how much profit we can earn. -The Profit- Some may not like this idea, I understand, but if we do open up a server for Strange Level-Ups, and then put in a plugin to give every weapon about a 500% damage boost, we could make lots of $$$. We could also add another plugin for people who donate to give them 2x the attack speed. Chart : 1 Key = 1 Hour of 2x attack Speed 2 Keys = 2 Hours + 30 Minutes of 2x attack Speed 3 Keys = 4 Hours of 2x attack Speed Etc. Upgraded Donor's and up can have 2x attack Speed Permanently. We could also turn this into an Idle Server, since the red team is the one just afk repeatedly getting killed, while the blues can just type +attack into console which will automatically kill the red.

Do we have multiple chances? Like, every day we get 1 chance, or 1 chance for the whole contest?

Well airblast gives the Hale more rage, so it's sort of a double-edge sword. Like oxygen that kills you when you breath it in.

-1 though you weren't exactly 100% impersonating, you did change your name to "Hashi" You mic spammed multiple times, evaded ban, somewhat of an impersonation, disrespected, and trolled. It was not excessive, you disrespected to a large extent and evaded a ban.

How does one "slip up" killing 3 people for no reason?

Then could you tell me exactly how you do this exploit? If it's with the map, then there's nothing we can do about it except contacting the creator. If it's about certain plugins then I'm sure @Nomulous could fix it.
