It doesnt make sense to have them not be able to protest. Like what @Gwoash said there are those bans that should have been shorter or not giving out at all. But we also have those protests that they know they mass freekilled and left but they wanna see if they can get back. The protests arnt causing a problem so why take away the privilege to protest the ban.

I got on the server and he ran into my cell ,which was on the on mlcastle where you can break the hole in the wall, and just hopped out through the hole and he did it one more time then I pretty sure he left the server after that. It seems like he was doing it before I got there because people were complaining. I sadly got no evidence tho, but most likely he will abuse again. Also if you abuse your powers you cant donate again to get them back, right?

Well thats what i use the time to do, but I find that im just getting crit a lot and sometimes I just find it annoying, idk thats just me. I never said we should take them out Im saying it happens a lot and maybe if we could we could lower the rate it happens.

But random crits are what starts a rebellion. If you run up to the warden and dont get that crit you are pretty much fucked unless the warden and rest of blue team is shitt. If you take them out rebellions would happen less and less. Now I was on last night and heard what you had to say. And everyone was being a genuine asshole. I dont know if there is anyway to lower the percentage they happen but if there is why not just lower that. Because if there is a way to take them out, I would think there is a way to lower them. -1 for taking them out +1 for lowering it
