So KB and myself have been talking and after recent events we're cracking down. No more nice guys, no more favoritism, nothing. TF2 Division has literally turned in to the shitstorm and scum of all of xG and this is the end. If ANYONE else at this point can not get along with the other people in this division, and in other divisions, you WILL be stripped of all staff powers and/or removal of membership and/or forum ban. There is no need to insult people over a screen. You may think you're witty or funny or maybe you think the shit you say doesn't affect people. People have feelings. You know, Myself, @kbraszzz, and a ton of TF2 staff are on TS in my channel quite regularly, just come hop on once in a while for a chat. Also, you don't need to be an actual member to enjoy the community. Hell, I was non-member on the servers for a long time before I made my submission last year. And like @Tekage and the others have said, just hop servers. Talk to people. Make a presence in the community if you REALLY wanna be a member.

I've been looking into new plug ins to help with this and one caught my eye. It changes the colour of players that are invulnerable and you get to set the time that they are invulnerable for, as well as the radius. So if they move x feet away from spawn and/or the time runs out they are/aren't invulnerable
