Yes, you need to be active on xG servers, it's almost a priority when you put up a member application, there members will meet you and can determine if you would be a good member. Also, having an expensive backpack doesn't determine your personality and/or maturity. Judging by your post's here, I would assume you have no idea what you're doing and judging by your reaction to people's responses that you're not mature. I highly suggest you do the following:
- Become more active on our servers. That's the first key to getting positive vouches since members will be able to meet you and then be able to vouch. Also, to be honest, most people who come on our TF2 Servers don't trade and come on to have fun.
- Lose the attitude. Your response to my vouch was a sign that you don't accept others opinions.
- Grow up. Realize we want mature (well, slightly mature) members who will reflect xG in a positive light.
- Open your mind. You based 70%-80% of your vouch on having an expensive backpack. Focus on something else.

After playing on xG since I was 10 on Cs:s surf w/ serb and other oldies on my brother's steam account and i'm 15 now, I switched over to TF2 over a year ago and am now i'm going to continue tf2, play on the servers, and might even come on teamspeak, but having responsibility is just as ugly as @Origins Sorry for kinda just stopping out of the blue but kthnx. Tags are also annoying IMO and I think that instead of stepping down i'll just leave because there isn't really any benefits of being in xG and not being in xG in an ingame standpoint. I know I just recently got DM and TF2 div is pretty low on staff now (Down to soon to be Starmix, Vector, Origins, Speed) muffin never plays doe nom hardly does doe and doedoeodoeodeodeodoe. I wish that everyone has the slightest ammount of nig in them and to continue their journey as TF2 master race.(maybe csgo doe)

I believe this behavior doesn't warrant a ban - by any means. But, if you believe he's acting immaturely and purposely 'trolling' or whatnot, I'd suggest a member protest, not a ban. I've known no1dead way before xG, and he's a good guy. Just because immature individuals from the clan he's in screwed up doesn't mean every member should be punished.
