Just something I drew a while ago.

Hey uh, I've decided that I want to step down from moderator. I have been incredibly inactive on TF2 and the reasons for that is that I just don't find it as enjoyable anymore. I've played the game for about 7k hours now and I have just been playing other games lately such as Overwatch. I may come on the servers from time to time, just not as often. I just don't think that I need to be staff anymore since I've basically stopped playing TF2 and I'm not really contributing to the servers. but Matsi is the type of person that we shouldn't allow in xG. Not just because he is a furry or anything. Not because he is way too fucking personal about his fetishes in sex life (these really damn support this protest though). But because almost every single time I've seen him on the forums or servers he is abusing or being an immature and pretentious ass. I think the exploit thread was an amazing example. I tried to politely reassure other members that the exploit was only found on older versions of source (like older games) and Matsi replied to me and others rudely calling us gullible and stupid and such (even though we were just trying to be safe.) He also ignorantly denied these exploit claims even though there was an entire source reddit thread by an OFFICIAL steam spokesperson was made talking about the exploit. He repeatedly and immaturely insulted the people in the thread by saying they were stupid and gullible and arrogantly said things like "im too smart to get hacked hur durr." He doesn't think before he speaks, and this is evident when he talks about his weird dog fetishes and blowjob experiences, and when he is sassy and rude in threads

I guess I may as well post this as I have had the idea to post a member protest for quite some time.

Cons:
 
General Instigation - Constantly post in threads of no concern to him, in a division that he has no substantial contributions to with the sole purpose to either stir the pot or cause a rift.
 
Contradicting Actions- The old sayinig of can dish it but cant take it. Can be incredibly rude and abrasive, but the second it happens to him he makes reports, messages silence, and will not stop until a breed of his own justice is served.
 
Rudeness- Speaks for itself. Entirely unapproachable in any matter, looks down upon members.
 
General Abrasiveness- Self explanatory, when most members are asked, this is the first quality they present about him.
 
Entitlement- Believes his rank is a form of power, and those under him have no opinion or anything to add to his own idea of any given situation.
 
Anti Social activity / trolling
 
Animal Cruelty - Not getting into details, but if Tarin was removed for felonious acts, then this should apply too, according to my states laws. You can usually find him laughing about this matter.

Im opening this up to the public, and I hope that most of you will voice your opinions on the matter here, because most of you have so much to say behind closed doors.
 
Matsi is unfit for staff, (You know who you are, and your rank, speak up and dont leave me hanging) his division is unhappy with his attitude, his abrasiveness, and entitlemeent.
 
He posts with an elitist opinion on topics that he doesnt agree with, but the second someone has an issue with something he has posted, he messages Silence INCESSANTLY acting as a victim.
 
His own division agrees he is good at moderating rulebreakers, but has a horrible attitude and is generally unpleasnt to be around. No one wants to play with him. They want him demoted.
 
He is a bonafide animal abuser. Personally, Im not comfortable around a fricking felon, especially as someone who grew up in a rescue dog foster house. Its a felony. A FELONY. and we let him go about his business here, when we have gotten rid of other criminals in the past.

I had decided against posting my own member protest for a handful of reasons, but seeing as how he has now gone from talking about his 'fetishes' in private venues, he is now spouting INCREDIBLY PERVERSE SEXUAL content on the forums itself, I feel as i should add my two cents. At the very least- I do not want him anywhere near my division, this includes having access to the CSGO forums.
 
I have had many conversations with many of you, now is your chance to speak your mind, please man up and say all the things you say behind his back so that this can be handled.

Matsi has time an again demonstrated an immature and absolutely disgusting comments that range from giving blow jobs to stroking dogs. I demand something happen because these comments including his attitude need to have something be done to them. But i see the same sh*t and it feels like he can get away with it.

That whole thread is just matsi belittling people for being concerned about a steam exploit and didn't want to get scared. Regardless if it's credible or not it's still best to be cautious especially with the countless amount of bots out there.

With college coming up, I've had less and less time to play computer games. I've also been going through some personal stuff right now. So ...
 
Effective immediately, I'm resigning from my position as an xG moderator. (Yeah, yeah, I said I wasn't going to quit. Sorrie guyssss.)
 
Increasingly, TF2 has become less of a game and more of an addiction for me. Also, since I'm getting more involved in college and other activities, that means I have less time to commit to TF2. And frankly, I suck at the game (@Bach, don't laugh :p). Honestly, the only reason I kept playing was for you guys -- I enjoy hanging out with you all and I'll definitely miss that. But if I can't commit to the job right now, then I don't really deserve to be a leader in the community.
 
This doesn't mean I'm never coming back to TF2. I'm not leaving the clan yet and I'll probably still lurk the forums and TeamSpeak. I just really need a break for a few months, I'm kinda burned out at the moment and need to focus on my college studies.

Hey all,
 
So as some of you are probably aware, I haven't been on the TF2 servers in a couple of weeks. With college starting up again soon, I've needed some time to get ready and settled into a school-oriented routine again.
 
So what does this mean? Well basically, I probably won't be on the servers for a couple weeks further. I need to -- at least -- get through the first week of classes with no distractions (simply to start into that routine I mentioned) before I can expand my time to include fun, extracurricular activities like chilling with you guys.
 
I don't intend to resign from my position as moderator, and I will remain active on Steam chat, TeamSpeak and the forums throughout my hiatus from playing computer games. When I do return to TF2, I'll be pretty laden-down with school stuff, so it's likely I won't have as much time to commit to TF2 as before. Admins+, if you see fit to demote me for any of these reasons, I'll understand. But bottom line, I'm not leaving the clan anytime soon and I'll still be around to help regardless of my title.

And the times I've seen him on TGH he has been having the same behavior. He has stopped being offensive, racist etc but then started again when mods/admins have left the server. So I say +1 on some kind of ban.
