  1. Yeah it's a casual trade server with you know, rtd. The thing that can make you invincible or a biological superweapon for 20 seconds, or make you blow up or catch fire. Pretty random and with a lot more impact. But it's a much more FUN system of randomness imo.

I don't mind crits on a server like this, but when it's up for vote I'll vote for their removal as I'm fed up with the contradicting hot mess they are. A mechanic put in as an element of randomness that can break stalemates/stomps, and yet they are more likely to happen for the people that are stomping and all that stuff. Ending a fight with a crit can be a slap in the face to both the critter and the one on the recieving end, and while it is a trade server you can't deny people tend to get in little duels and such a whole lot.

And this is just my opinion of course, but personally I find melee fights with no crits more fun. Lasts longer and makes it feel more like a duel. I guess that goes for crits in general, but it's not like guns can reach that delicious 65% crit chance that melee weapons can, so it mostly applies to them.

    1. I was refering to in the game i.e ` key and type kill in console. i do dont condon sedoku and would never tell someone to commit sedoku irl. he needed tgo back to spawn as he was bodyblocking and being very rude. Sorry if it sounded otherwise

Later on during your "it was a joke" justification you said things like "I do not condone suicide" and "nobody should kill themselves", which seems to imply otherwise.

I also told him to back to spawn and to stop camping (im aware its against the rules) again all of which were refering to ingame not real life. There is no evidence supporting that comment was made refering to real life. I play daily, I wouldnt tell someone to do something so horrible after witnessing people get banned for it first hand (i.e COREY). No staff was on at the time and the person who was mainly bodyblocking made the request (I am buttuming) after I asked them to stop as it is against xG's rule set.

Prior to the incident in the video people on the server - both teams - acknowledged that it was allowed multiple times. Spawncamping situations had happened before (and after for that matter) and they lasted for a bit, then a player on the camped team rolled godmode or something like that and broke free, easy peasy. There's also spawnprotection, which several camped players (you included several times!) made good use of and broke previous spawncamping attempts.

The player in question did not building/bodyblock either. Other players on the spawncamping team might have caught people coming out of the teleport, but it did not seem to be on purpose. There was no building blocking either.

There might be no evidence regarding your comments intentions, but considering the context and the way you said it I would imagine you would quickly specify you meant the kill command if that was the case. Or hope so, anyway.

And the player in question being rude? He did not say a single word until the incident happened.

And on the topic of this particular flavor of spawncamping being illegal - it was not specified in the rules, and not everyone reads the forums - so obviously people will see "spawncamping is allowed" and roll with that. Doesn't seem fair to punish someone for breaking a rule they had no way of being aware of.

  2. Division:

    Team Fortress 2

    In-Game Name:

    Xerses: Lamb of God

    Offender's Steam ID:

    Rules Broken:

Disrespect of another player + "kill yourself"

    Evidence:

The offender was on the Trade History server, and BLU team was spawncamping with a sentry or two and some players. General disrespect ("get a life", "whiny little bitch") was thrown around until the events in the video happened, where Xerses said "why don't you shut the fuck up and kill yourself"

The player who recorded this was an engineer in the spawncamp, and while some other BLU players bodyblocked (pyro standing in the warp spot flaming constantly) the player who reported this did not use his buildings to block.

Xerxes later attempted to justify his behavior with the "it was a joke/sarcasm" excuse over voice chat.

  3. I won't lie its me, but all I did was sap everything and that ended up with both the Sapper destroyed and me getting killed 13 times without destroying anything not killing anyone. Also the other engie left the game after awhile.

It still had a direct impact on the lifespan of the buildings, and that impact was achieved by using "special" commands to do something you normally wouldn't be able to do.

Placing sappers - items that disable and potentially destroy buildings - on buildings is without a doubt an aggressive act, and the point here is that you wouldn't be able to place the sappers there without changing your own gravity.

  4. Division:

    Team Fortress 2

    Staff Name:

    xG:M| Red Eevee

    Staff's Steam ID:

    Evidence:

    Further Information:

xG:M| Red Eevee / Flareon used his ability to set his own gravity in a combat situation as the evidence shows. Both the start of the video and the image in the evidence section make it clear it was not a RTD result, and that it happened on the PKMN Trading Center server.

Nothing was said by him prior to the incident about the spawncamp or sentry itself (hence the lack of evidence about what happened before), the first moderator-exclusive action was the combination of lowered gravity and constant sapping in a situation where it would otherwise be impossible to do what he did.

From my understanding of the rules spawncamping is allowed and only admins can deem a spawncamp unbreakable. Red Eevee is not an admin, and no admin had deemed the spawncamp unbreakable prior to the incident above.
