Jolteon is already a scammer marked on Backpack.tf, so it wouldn't surprise me that he's done this before, not a good representative of our clan. Provided Below our the two screenshots given to me by the kid he scammed, 1 to show the gifting to the offender, and the next evidence of Jolteon (Currently as Jim Halpert) blocking the kid and running with the game. Tagging people for obvious reasons,: @Rhododendron @kbraszzz @metalslug53 @Rejects @Moosty @Ohstopyou @Dethman @Jolteon Requesting Ip ban for teamspeak, steam Id ban, and perm from forums after he puts up his defense. Also, he has a mann co trade ban for a situation similar to this. Jolteon would need to provide a receipt of the game (Evolve+ Several DLCS) In order to defend himself against this. Also as unrelated as it is, Check how many other servers he's been banned from and their reasons too. Thank you. Also sorry for the lack of screenshots, this is a little kid that Jolteon scammed and we got what we could out of him. (On his request) He did not think Jolteon would scam him and he was unprepared for this.

Why did you wait so long on the ban protest then?

Sometimes When My Mouse dies it fires and doesn't stop actually unless I hit esc. on my keyboard or unti I reconnect my Mouse so it could very much be dumb luck. I don't understand the key thing, do you have the chat log that says he disconnected by user? If not he could have very well dropped connection/timed out and we wouldn't know, and tbh. why would someone who massed and left want to make a ban protest, why go through the trouble if there is plenty other JB servers to do this on. +1 for unban (if no evidence of disconnect by user is provided) but maybe we give him like a week/2 week CT ban just to reconsider this "dumb luck" thing, and make sure it doesn't happen again.

My Personal Opinion.... Donators Are Donators, People Donate for the commands just for whatever, Regulars are regulars because they already like the servers, We shouldn't mix them up, if regulars want the donator commands they can donate, I mean if they're on the server enough already :)
