We the people, in order to establish a stable community, have created this Constitution of xenoGamers.
 
ARTICLE I: Legislature

Section I:
All legislative powers herein granted shall be vested in the Council of xenoGamers, which shall consist of the Community Moderators and Clan Leaders.
Section II:
The Community Moderators shall be composed of Moderators chosen anytime by the People of the several Divisions, and the Electors of each Division shall have the Qualifications requisite for Electors of the most numerous Divisions of the Community Legislature.
Section III:
The Clan Leaders of xenoGamers shall be composed of several Clan Leaders from each Division, chosen by the Divisions thereof, for a permanent time.
 
ARTICLE II: Executive

Section I:
The executive Power shall be vested in a higher Council of xenoGamers.
Section II:
The higher Council shall be the Commanders in Chief of xenoGamers and the Moderator of several Divisions. They shall have Power, by and with the Advice and Consent of the Community Moderators, to make Announcements.
Section III:
They shall from time to time give to the lower Council information of the Monthly Update.
Section IV:
The higher Council and all Moderators of xenoGamers shall be removed from Moderation on Demotions for, and Convictions of, admin abuse, game crashing, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.
 
ARTICLE III: Judiciary

Section I:
The judicial Power of xenoGamers, shall be vested in one Moderator Council.

So this is just a for fun thread and not an actual suggestion, incase anyone gets the wrong idea, but long story short in my government class our warm up today was to design an effective leadership structure for any large group of people that would fit on a notecard, and since online communities were allowed I chose xG. Here goes. It's really not that interesting.
 
 
4 CMs, one vote a piece, if tie, goes to council. Council is any odd number of "elder" members who are appointed by CMs, but can be removed with a CM majority vote OR by a community poll of members with %70+ approval, simple council majority breaks tie. Council can deny a promo from DLs by majority vote, with majority quorum, but if the same person is brought up to be promo'd the next cycle, it must be a 70% or higher council vote the second time.
 
 
It doesn't cover everything, but it isn't everyday xG is part of classwork, so I thought it was cool.

So, you've decided that you want to join xG?
 
In order to become a member of xG, the applicant must meet the following requirements:
You must be at least 13 years old. Not already a member of a different clan. Have minimum 12 hours on our servers (Subject to change at a later date)  After 2 days of your member application you will either get accepted or declined. If you are declined membership for any reason, you may not reapply for a minimum of 30 days. If there are issues with your application, you may get an extra 5 days maximum to fix and answer any problems, or it will be automatically declined. 4/7/2017
 
If you have left or got kicked out of xG, and are allowed to re-apply, you must have
5 positive vouches of which at least 2 must be from a Higher Up (Division Manager or higher) for your application to be accepted.  
Vouching guidelines:
Only existing members in xG are allowed to vouch. Your vouch may be deemed invalid if you fail to follow these guidelines.
When vouching +1/-1s for any applicant - please consider the following:
 
Is he/she active?. Does he/she listen to rules or admin directive when given? Or disrespect & break rules? Is he/she fun to play with? Be respectful with your comments. Why you feel the user should or should not become a member. Include maturity(M) and activity(A) ratings on a scale from 1 - 10. You are not to -1 any member you have never interacted with, hearsay / inactivity is not a valid reason.  
Failure to follow these guidelines will result in the rejection of your submission.

Well to start off, I've really enjoyed a specific XenoGamer Team Fortress 2 server. During my first visit to this Haven, I stayed only because of the unlimited voice commands. However, as I spent more time exploring, I began to chat more often and got noticed by many players (higher and lower ranked than me.) Now these days I come online nearly every single day. I often share experiences or laugh and add on to other conversations made by many other players. Either way, the server and it's community has now changed me entirely. It's one of my favorite server too, and I would love to apply for a Member rank. Even if its a simple tag, I'd adore it and would feel like I contributed to everything. I promise to keep on staying loyal and to continue following server guidelines. In addition, I'll also start to be more active on the Teamspeak. Thank you for reading my application.
