I will also remind the player (in general) posting the Member Submission that they should be on their best behaviour when trying to achieve Membership. Treat it in a professional manner, as if you were being interviewed for a staff position. Be the better person, don't stoop to the level of anyone who is purposely offending you and treat them the same way they're treating you.
