He plays with me on csgo competitive too and he is pretty respectful. I never see him spam as much as you are all saying he does, he doesnt actually impersonate people seriously because the person he is impersonating is there when he does it. As for the porn spray, I only saw him with it for one day, and he changed it Also hexx the copying sprays thing has no factor in this as it isnt against the rules.
