Many people have told me that you should report someone such as calling an Admin, when the player is spamming abusive language in the chat. So I did, and when the Admin arrived he told me that my report was not valid. He also called me dumb. I thought he was wrong because there was this other Admin, that told me it is valid if someone was spamming abusive language. He was also really mad at me because supposedly I wasting his time. He kept calling me many bad words. I'm sorry for wasting his time, I really am. I just want a second chance that would be amazing, trust me I won't do anymore nonsense. Thank you. And did you give evidence of the language in chat. I would think if it was a mistake (as in mistook abusive language) or if the mod joins and he does not see anything it should not be a ban immediately because the mod did not see anything wrong when they join and they should be asking questions and finding out the whole story from both sides in steam chat or on server. What if he stopped and did not continue while you were there but he was doing it before. Bans should be for (in my opinion) stupid custom reports or if they calladmin for no reason when you are on. Adapt 0 Posted July 16, 2015 Well, the language he was using was harassing, and some other words that were pretty bad. The mod didn't want to listen to me because when he arrived the player that was using the language, changed. The player kept calling me dumb and other words which made the mod think I was just playing him, which it seemed like he got pretty mad for "wasting his time". The mod didn't even ask one question, and just assumed it was me that reported the player for no reason at all. Right now, I'm just confused on how this whole situation turned out. I will be really thankful if you guys give me a second chance because that server I just got banned on, is a server I play 24/7 on. Thank you. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

He verified that abuse of the admin bot was a one day ban, and then he was asking something about racism. (I was zoned out half the time he was talking to me.) He did make sure he did everything right, and Swoosh is such a loving guy, I doubt he called you dumb. I was still quite offended from what I remember, but I'm still confused on why ban someone who was reporting, and even if it was false them I'm sorry, but I'm going to report anything I find wrong.(I'm sorry for making this mess just please give me a second chance.Please. Moosty 148 Posted July 16, 2015 Gonna leave this thread open to hear from @BananaShoes (swoosh), but don't worry adapt, abusing calladmin is just a day ban, sorry the situation got confusing, calladmin was only added recently and we're still working out the kinks in enforcing it. But even if the ban isn't lifted you'll be able to play on the servers again tomorrow. Any other questions you have you can add a staff member or just ask for clarification here. shwash 108 Posted July 16, 2015 All im going to say is that he abused call admin. He made a report, and there was no problem. It even says that in the bot itself that if you abuse it, you get a day ban. If its just swearing, its not that big of a deal. And i never called you dumb. Im not that kind of guy in my opinion.
