I was in the server and made a remark using a racial slur. I was kicked for that and rejoined. After that, i defended myself as i felt that the kick was unwarrented and was banned for "arguing" with the admin. I waited through the ban and rejoined after it was lifted, and upon rejoining i made an offhand comment about the ban "xg, where the rules and ban reasoons are made up and logic doesn't matter." I was then banned again for that, even though it was just a joke to someone else on the server.

Racial slurs are not tolerated. If you don't like that, then you can either leave or staff will show you to the door.

We can't protect everyone from language on the internet, but gagging shit heads like you sure helps.
