So it's been some time since you've last been around, time enough to improve on the maturity issues you've had in the past. I haven't seen you at all since you've come back back and would like to here what others would possibly have to vouch for you.

All this would usually keep me from voicing my less direct opinion but my attention is drawn to one thing. You've been punished more than once in just the last week for using a voice changer, something you'd not only clearly be aware shouldn't be done, but you'd actually have to purposefully go out of your way to do. It makes it hard to not inference that you haven't done or had any real intention of improving your lack of maturity and care at all.
