teleportation spell Teleport Spell

This spell is found on helltower during scream fortress but it's a teleport spell where you fire a dark smoke ball and where ever it lands that where you'll be teleported to but you only get two charges. This would be great for any map that has where you can use spells

unsure if this can be done specifically for halloween maps, as for viability, the tele spell is notorious for getting out of map boundaries and generally breaking maps

i read that valve had to fix some stuff on some scream fortress maps cause of the spell
