He refuses to release it based on problems that are unknown to everyone else (even though apparently darkwolf already identified the small problem) and also stated he is working on other things instead. First of all, don't bring up NeteX or any previous bans to justify an unban for anyone anymore, because if we go off on the notion of "If we unbanned this asshole, we can give anyone a second, third or even fourth chance" etc, then you might as well just unban anyone as soon as they make a ban protest since we've unbanned pretty much complete shitheads, and some multiple times as well. That being said, keeping Minecrack banned isn't really "saving" anything. He's been a member of your clan for a long time, donated quite a bit as well, and although he's an idiot, he doesn't have a history of breaking big rules and begging for forgiveness. This is most likely a one time thing, and if he does something stupid again, don't perm CT ban him, perm him. He'd be stupid to do something again cuz he's "bored" or "tired" after getting unbanned from a mass freekill. You guys literally will have 1 of 2 results if he gets unbanned. 1. He mass freekills or does something extremely wrong again and so he relinquishes any hope of being a trusted member in the community and you guys get rid of him or limit his access in xG 2. You guys get a member whose been here for over a year, be a CT that knows exactly what he is doing and not break rules intentionally, and punish himself if he does make a mistake. How can you be so ignorant? People leaving cuz you not having hub isn't ANYTHING like leaving cuz of some "free samples at walmart". How many people have donated for !Hub in THIS community just to be able to use bombs, hats etc in THIS community? Getting promised it'll be out months ago and still no success while blaming other divs for the other problems in the clan doesn't mean shit. People get upset when they spend 10, 20, 30 or even more dollars just for credits on a community and find out they can't use it and they probably just wasted their money since their leader has better things to do then to let people who donated get some donated privileges (i.e Credits). You have no real promise on when Hub will be out on CS:S, let alone TF2 and CS:GO. The dumb reason of (Oh i don't wanna release it till it has 2000 things) is that a joke? If you already have these custom 500+ things already available then why don't you release it and release new things little by little? Minecraft was successful because when they released Alpha, they did new things every friday (secret friday updates) that made the game more fun just from the sheer curiosity of finding out what else is new. They didn't make one game, never update it and say "Here is the final product" so I have no idea how you could think letting the people who have spent their money on you at least have something to use it on is a bad idea. You find problems, you remove it from hub and put in new things little by little, causing people to check Hub daily, which psychologically will cause some people to buy some shit in Hub just from looking at it so much. But no, instead lets have them wait countless amount of months while watching all this drama mainly be caused by you and you just playing the blame game and focusing the people's problems on things other then !hub. Take some responsibility for your actions, tell your donators you fucked up, give a real date on when !Hub will be out, or don't complain on server population when you have nothing going for your servers other then good dedicated staff. Ps. On the main point of the thread, people can be active on 2 divisions. You're not gonna find people who are only interested in 1 game, and if someone is a good staff in 1 division, chances are they will be good on another considering believe it or not people do like playing multiple games for hours and hours a day. Why limit staff to only 1 division? Man Dr.PepperPhreak is a good staff at G-mod, but if he moderates in CS:S he's probably gonna cause WW3 because now we have 1 less staff in G-mod for a few hours. Shucks. Chances are if they wanted to stop playing G-mod after 2-3 hours of staffing it, they won't play it any longer even if they don't have staff in another server because they get bored, but you do help them choose another game or another community's server if they don't have staff since they have no other obligations. People wanted to help in other divisions is a win-win for you, yet you're so narrow minded, you don't like listening to reason, and just BLAME BLAME BLAME BLAME BLAME. I was in TS when I confronted mythic while ducki was in the channel (guess she was afk or she just didn't respond?), he said he was just bored and admitted to being annoying in our TS after first denying the accusations. The other members even heard him on TS and one told him to stop talking to not make himself look any worse. Psycho took their IP's so he could give it to chrono, serb or whoever could moderate the situation. Saying (we have your IP's) doesn't mean it's a DDoS threat since unlike some people, we don't resort to be scum like that. Something hopefully will be done about the matter. Serbian Smells.

So as Pepper (former co-leader durr), I cringe whenever I get updated on the things that are happening with xG, with Duplolas gone you guys have easily gotten rid of the newer spawn of NeteX so things are already looking good from here! Lets not stop now though, let's keep going ahead with some ideas to make xG better! 1. Do not make it easier to join xG. People have left, boohoo. Bringing in idiots who get a few vouches won't fix anything, and you still have a huge member basis for good vouches. (This is related to the comment that Silence made earlier in the week about making it extremely less strict for people to get member) 2. Focus on your main divisions, and make them all profit. Instead of spending time/money/smashingheadonkeyboard, make sure hub (or something of the sort that people can purchase) can bring revenue to xG. This can be done with a group of people to make hats, skins, and all sorts of things. Even paying a small fee to someone who actually knows what they are doing will help xG in the long run as long as they make something specifically for xG. 3. Silence/Autumn/Autism. Shut up with community stuff. Just like when you let your co-leaders decide everything in the community for you when I was here... go back to doing that. Brian, Ducki and Serbian are more then capable of answering things or working with plugins for the main divisions. You guys have good div-leaders as well, so unless it's something only YOU have to do, let them deal with it. You have the downs of a 1000 children who live in Chernobyl in the forest. Work on forums, and work on number 2 ^ (Also don't ban people on servers perm for chat spamming... #freeloki) 4. The requirement for people to BECOME members is that they MUST be registered on TS. I made the damn rule myself, and it's still there timestamped and shit. Autumn complains about the TS population being low, enforce that rule then since no one has been enforcing it. Make it so the 10-20 people who register on forums a week actually get on TS, the more people the better. You have 500+ slots in the TS, might as well use 1/5th of it amIright? 5. Have a damn community night once a week. Salt started the whole idea and it went so well since we had 30 members on, bribe credits who cares, the community bonds together over minigames, or any other server you guys have. There's no reason it should have stopped after Salt and I left, someone better pick it up every week. 6. If you're staff, be active or give a reason why you won't be. It's dumb to accept a promotion, just to be AFK for a week+. Higher promotion = more time with the community. That's how it works kiddos, don't accept higher responsibilities if you're gonna give less of a damn. "Send the same message indiscriminately to (large numbers of recipients) on the Internet" Your messages were all to post in the right section in the forums, mainly because you got butthurt about being banned 1 day for posting something completely arbitrary in general. It's the SAME Message, worded differently in the beginning. I mean, this is exactly what you did, spamming fits that description perfectly. Smoking ads now aren't the same in every one where people lose loved ones over smoking, but the message is the same in the sense that they are all trying to stop smoking. Spamming is the same regardless if they start different but have the same message. Here's an example. "Oh hey tim, I've noticed you've been googling how to make more money working at home. I personally have made thousands of dollars a month, just from doing this Check this link - " that would be considered the same AND spamming even if the next email was "Kat! I saw that you've been looking up jobs at your local mall. Trust me, I can relate! I've been relieved though ever since I was able to start working home and making thousands of dollars a month just from doing something SO SIMPLE!
