30 for a rank up

Alright, majority of the community voted for it to be PM < PA < M < A which at first made sense, but now it's very trivial. Here is why. 1. You have more powers as PA then M, so you basically get downgraded when you rank up :/ 2. Some mods have been asking to pay for admin, so it would be a downgrade for them if they wanted to do this. So the official rank order is Member to Payed Moderator to Moderator to Payed Admin to Admin to Division Leader to Co-leader to Leader. -You don't have to pay to become a normal staff, yet you do if you want to apply or to become a staff right away. -You don't ever get promoted to a payed rank unless you specifically payed for it. Hope this clears any dispute. ~Aegean!

Alrighty read through it all, saw both sides. I would like to say that I'm glad some of you understand our disrespect policy where others are completely oblivious. Hey Minecrack, you banned 2 people unfairly, pretty funny that you would justify another unfair ban. Anyways, Poncher and Papi have taken my words perfectly, let me explain to you guys the situation. Some mod threatens you with a ban for disrespect, you argue it, not even in a bad way, you just state that you are going to have proof of this convo because you truly believe the other guy is wrong. What does he do? He bans you 4 hours for Abuse right after claiming disrespect for no reason and threatening you. You guys wouldn't be aggravated or pissed off? I can easily threaten you guys, wait for you guys to be mad and then ban you guys for "disrespect". The way Fair handled himself was very surprising, I woulda flipped the other mod off, and I personally am one of the nicer and fairer staff members. One all chat, does not warrent a threat to be banned, just a simple "be careful with all chat, don't use it for that" or something along those lines would have been fine. All the CT's were derps, he used all chat ONCE and it was about being a good warden since all the other people were apparently shitty or not capable of it, so I see no harm in it. He used one vote, and votes for admins are allowed as long as no one is getting disrespected, and it's all in good fun. Plus it can't be spammed, but that's obvious. So Dr.Pedo will be banned for 8 hours tomorrow (so it's not while he's sleeping or how is that fair) plus he is on warning. If I see another disrespect post I will have a serious discussion with all the mods and admins, and start demoting people. Yes, the internet does NOT have to have racism, it does not have to have cussing or words demeaning people's sexuality or mental conditions. Our server does not have to have any of those, but if we tried to change it, it will not benefit our community as we do not take things seriously, the fact alot of people don't care is because no one takes it too heart. Things have changed from the past, and unless people are intentionally being malicious, nobody really cares what is said to them, especially from "randoms on the internet". We joke around in this community to some extent as this is the internet and many people take their emotions out on here since they might not be able too in real life. Do we condone being racist and beating up gays? No. In fact when the time calls for it, we are very strict when people are actually disrespecting but let me tell you this. The whole N-word fiasco has been around for about a 100 years or so, the people who play or socialize with our community do not care because it's done with in most of the world since slavery is non-existent in 1st world countries, and barely in 2nd or 3rd. Yes it exists in the world, but very minimal and it's usually not even a race thing. I am white, you are white, Kenny wishes he was black but he is also white. A black guy comes on our server and Kenny says to me "my nigga" is that black guy gonna rage quit from our servers and never play again? No. In fact more likely he will try to acknowledge Kenny as one of his own but once he sees Kenny's tiny penis he will realize they can never be "Bros from the same Hood" Your ideas are something that must target the internet itself, not our server. If we were a community that knew each other in real life, or if we needed to limit the people who can join us to say less then 50, then I'd agree we can do something. As of now though, to target a gaming community that is 17+, full of teenagers galore and a shooting game? Well you sir are barking up the wrong tree. You are very insightful, i'll give you that, and I personally am going into Psychology in University, but you honestly are pretty close-minded on the opinions of others. TL;DR: We are not the problem, you must target internet as a whole with your ambition, not a public gaming community with thousands of new people monthly.
