First off, African should have known better. He should not have abused, and it's really terrible that he did it, but it was when he first got mod. I he screw up again, he will be stripped of mod, and removed promptly, but for now, he is allowed to stay, as long as he doesn't abuse.

Leveno Thinkpads are also a viable option. Granted, it's intel integrated GPU, which isn't that great, but you can find used ones for around 200$ and slap a Linux Distro on it. Spend the extra 300$ on upgrades, as these laptop are stupidly easy to upgrade, and really nice for the price. Or get a new one, and spend a few dollars on upgrades. They have some A4 APUs, which aren't the greatest, but will work.

Maybe, if you check the ban list, you would realize that he's already unbanned and there's no need for all the hate.
