Well, I'll apologize if what you're saying is actually true. So, here is my side of the story if it actually matters anymore. I was just chilling in jailbreak and he started talking on his microphone. All that came out of it was some horrific static-like noises. I muted him for the round and warned him that he shouldn't use his mic anymore. The next round comes around and he uses it again. I kicked him for the reason "Stop." He re-joins and complains in admin chat. It looked like this: ((To Admins)): "Nothing is wrong with my mic admins," etc etc etc At that point, I was almost positive it was some troll who was just yelling in the mic to give us ear cancer. I banned him for an hour for the reason 'Trolling'. :>

Honestly, if anyone deserves a warning here, it's you. I don't see anything wrong with what he said. Your mic could have been shitty and he was just telling you that since your mic quality is poor, your wardening skills were probably affected by it. Sure, he could have said it a little nicer but this is the internet, no one is going to say please or thank you.

In my opinion, you shouldn't put a deadline for yourself. Many game developers do that and when the actual game is released, it's of poor quality and it sells bad. If it comes down to it, I'd recommend delaying the release so that when the actual map is released, it's not full of bugs and it isn't shitty. Also, in the Hall of Heroes, can I have my own personal cell near Segway's? That would be awesome!

How many times do I have to say this? Mario didn't give a shit about the -1s until Duke and Mohammad provoked him. Honestly, I WANT him in this clan because he doesn't post ban requests just because someone hurt his feelings. The 5th rule is fucked up, really. It's just another way to say, "If someone hurts your feelings because you can't provide a just argument, you'll get banned."

That's the thing though, he's NOT trolling. He's replying the only way he knows how to, in an aggressive manner (which he could work on). Learn what trolling is. It's purposely flaming someone to get a reaction, which he is NOT doing. Duke and Mohammad provoked him and so he retaliated.

Are you serious? I had to highlight your entire post just to make sure there wasn't any whitetext. First of all, notice how I didn't vouch for him? I could have been a dick about it and -1'd his application just for the random shit he posts in general, but I didn't. I'm waiting to see how he acts in-game compared to the forums. And I LOVE how you assume that it only bothers me, that's funny, really. I couldn't give two shits about your opinion but that part right there pissed me off. I guess we could say the same about you. I love how you let everyone know how you feel about us as soon as you leave. Whatever though, you were always the one who never confronted anyone about anything and did things for no reason (kicking Skydaddy for no reason, having a personal vendetta against someone doesn't mean you can abuse admin). Yeah, he said that he wasn't the one who kicked Skydaddy if you scroll back a bit. The only other admins on the Scrimmage server were Billy & Duckii. Billy didn't do it so Duckii HAD to have done it. I'll get Billy, Skydaddy, and a few others who were there to back me up on this shortly. Also, I mean that if I disagree with something that the higher-ups are doing, the most I can do is get proof of it and ask someone if what they did is okay. I can't directly do something about it since I'm only a moderator.

Freedom of speech? That's why I made this thread, some people in xG don't like her as Co-Leader and therefore I made this thread. Also, Herpes pretty much JUST admitted that he didn't kick Skydaddy and the only other person who had power to kick people on at the time was Duckii. Finally, you say that I should warn Duckii about certain things but it's the higher-ups word against mine. If Duckii does something I don't approve of, I can of course ask her politely to stop but it's the higher-ups word against mine.
