Oh. I was going off the first sentence: "If you have left to another clan or got kicked out of xG, and are allowed to re-apply," He didn't leave for another clan to my knowledge or get kicked out so this rule set didn't apply to him I thought. If it does then just wait a couple more weeks.

The reason it should be closed is because it's pretty obvious which direction this thread is going. So instead of continuing arguments it should be closed.

Proof is needed for making ban request. As this, I'm assuming, was an in-game ban then the banning admin doesn't need to post proof since he saw it and banned up immediately. Also, I'm under the impression that for ban protests a "-1 wait it out" is perfectly valid versus "-1"

In my opinion, spamming all chat and unmuting yourself doesn't make you bad staff. Consistent freeslays and being a jerk off ALL THE TIME because you have powers or bending the rules and then banning people who complain, THAT makes you bad staff. Spamming all chat and unmuting yourself makes you a bored staff member.

Um. I know quite a few who do that. Just saying. Me included. But usually only at night when no one gives a fuck. So if that's a valid reason for not having mod I know a ton of people in need of demoting. But I don't think it is.

It's gonna be shortened so can this be closed? I made a mistake because when Cristo and I talked the map before he said if he fucked up perm him and so I did later but I can see it was excessive after so much time had passed so when the other mods said it should be changed I agreed.
