Baiting is defined as being within knifing distance of a Terrorist (or being in a cell with a Terrorist directly outside of it or in a close proximity). Because it is not defined whether or not this applies to Rebels, it's implied it shouldn't count. Just as it is implied in ThunderDome that CTs may be within knifing distance of the T they are fighting without fear of being slain. It's just one of the basis rules that under certain circumstances, CTs may be within knifing distance of a T. TL;DR - No, I believe it is not considered baiting if you are within knifing distance of a Rebel. - Dat guy, Forest

No problem, it didn't look like anyone knew what was Really going on. I would love to provide a 1-up with hopes that a changed player will come out of it, but there was an agreeance made a while back. I understand that he's fighting this tooth and nail, and won't let up, but to be completely fair, he should be lucky that he was not server banned at the time. @@Peppermint I strongly suggest not making another Ban Protest until you have actually changed for the better, and I mean this in the most respectful way. Until there is a noticeable change that ends up with the community being okay with you being unbanned, I cannot see it happening in the near future. I'm also not saying it is 100% that you will be unbanned, but that you'll have a Much higher chance then. With that said, I am now #Closing this thread and #Denying this Ban Protest. Consider the following: What the majority of you don't seem to realize is that he wasn't supposed to be unbanned the last time. It was decided among the Higher-Ups that he would be given One more chance. With this chance, there was a zero leniency policy given on him, and if he were to mess up in Any way as a CT, he was supposed to be Server Banned. The fact that the ex-admin, Mike, had permanently banned him for supposedly freekilling "two" Ts has no relevance. His [Peppermint] punishment, if it in any way was deemed a team ban, was established to be a Server Ban. During the time that Peppermint was CT Banned by Mike, we (being the most lenient Staff Members) decided that it would only be a Permanent CT ban instead of a Server Ban. - Dat guy, Forest

Er, re-opening this thread for further discussion as it is a valid Ban Protest, unless it should remain closed. I understand that there is some tension between Duckii and Brian/MineCrack, but I don't think it should be handled as such. @@serbiansnaga
