It was also upon request of a Staff member, so it should have been done without Shadow having to resort to banning you for a day. I don't think you understand how bad this is. It's nothing to do with the fact that you were just killing Bots. The fact of the matter is, you're wearing the xG tag, and there is now a video on YouTube, blatantly showing the use of hacks. It gives xG a bad name when one of it's players is obviously using hacks, especially when there's recorded video proof. Again, if you can provide proof or information that you were Legitimately testing out some sort of "School Project", then Maybe I'll consider a 1-Up for an unban. However; if you can't, I'm sticking with a -1.

Well guys, here we are. It's crazy that only last year I was but a lowly frequenter of the Jailbreak server. Even up till now, I did not even think that I would be a Div Manager for CS:S, yet it is so. Really, it completely took me by surprise. Any ways, in the time I've been here in this community, I've met a bunch of amazing and wonderful people, far too many to mention everyone. Let's just say I haven't really Hated anyone, however there are a few I have disliked. Very, very few. Now, at this time, xG is plagued with people who are leaving, and it won't really be the same without em'. However; with the amount of people leaving, I'm sure an equal amount of new-gen people will be applying and becoming new members. I'm not saying that those who have left will be replaced, because that's just something that could never happen. I'm merely saying that although things look tough and grey, xG will get through it. I'll be here whenever I can be, I don't know how; but I'll try my best. I may be on Teamspeak, not so sure if I'll be able to nowadays. I'm sure things will be just fine without me, as we have plenty of great members who strive to make this community a better place. I mean, we got more then enough Divs in the CS:S Division, right? Well. Apparently you were perm'd from CT for the reason "1440". I believe what happened here was a mishap where the mod/admin who banned you misplaced the number and put it as the reason rather then as the ban time. @@zackryz was the one who dealt it, so we'll wait on his reply and hopefully he can remember what happened. If indeed you were un-intentionally perm'd, then I'm sure you'll be unbanned as soon as possible since you were banned on the 3rd of February, 2013. Any Warden who is putting their life on the line to hunt down Rebels is not doing their job correctly. The Warden is there to slim down the number of Terrorists while also keeping the amount of CT casualties to a minimum. The Warden is Not a Rebel hunter. This is why the Warden is allowed to command CTs to hunt Rebels. The Warden should be with the Ts at all times to make sure they are abiding by the rules. If you want to hunt rebels, then don't be Warden. Best thing to do in this scenario is to verbally pass your Warden onto someone else, which will then allow you to pursuit a Rebel. The Worst thing you can do is go out as Warden and hunt, then end up being killed and risk there being a No Warden Freeday because of your carelessness. Remember, your job is to reduce the number of Ts while keeping your number of CTs high. -1 to have any variation of this rule implemented, because this is not a substantial problem that needs to be added to the already growing list of motd rules. - Dat guy, Forest

Also, keeping what has been stated by Darkwolf in mind, you are not permitted to protest a ban on anyone else but yourself. For future reference, the player whom was banned is to post their Own Ban Protest, not have someone else do it for them.

Regardless if they were accidental kills, you should not have shot into a stack like that. After reviewing what had happened, i'm going to have to -1 this request and suggest you look over the motd rules during your free time. If you're serious about wanting to be unbanned, post a ban protest in a month or so and it will be reviewed by higher-ups, and possibly end up with you being unbanned. Waiting on the opinion of the Div Leader for this division though. @@DarkNova EDIT: Shit sooooon, I didn't even notice what Nova pointed out. 3 were killed, one being the Rebel so it was 2 who were freekilled.. Mind, blown. Changing my -1 to a lengthened CT ban for approx a week instead of a perm.
