There's no way for me to work it where it will benefit everyone. I can schedule it earlier, but then it defeats the purpose of it being a Community Night. It's also why I scheduled it on a Saturday, where majority is free.

Er, if it's 'tehwitch' everyone is talking about.. Definitely does not have Member status on forums, only set as registered. If that's the case, why does the person in question have powers? If this really is something that involves Silence, then let him clear up this confusion. @autumn Now, pertaining to the whole Abuse/disrespect aspect of this thread, One instance of racism there, used in a derogatory manner toward someone is clear. It doesn't matter if it's just One use of it. You let one person say it without punishment, others think it's okay so they start using it, insert exponential growth, then comes the "but I saw a staff member saying it, and nothing happened!". Therefore I am going to suggest a day ban. Normally this wouldn't be such an issue and it would result in a warning, if it weren't for the following: - The person does have powers, and is therefore treated as a Staff Member of xG - The person is not even a Member of the xG forums - The tag isn't being worn clearly, upside down or not, it's almost undefinable = Unbelievable amount of confusion, such as what is going on now. As for the kick, because there is no clear evidence against the person in question, we can't assume it was abuse of power. At the moment, you may actually be the Host of the Back-Up Server Rotation already if no one else wants to be it

Last I checked, Silence was spending most of his time working on the Forums. One after the other mate, he can't do both and expect both to be working fine right away.

How it works is the Main Server is what everyone will be playing on. When the server gets completely packed with people (I doubt it will), then the Back-Up Server Rotation will come into play, so the scarce amount of people who want to be a part of it won't be left out. The proper question would be "can I be co host with crabman if the server isn't full". To which the answer is yes, but you have to be aware that if the server gets full then you'll have to switch to the Back-Up Server at the appropriate time.

Alright guys, all we need is someone to host the Back Up Server Rotation in case the Main Server Rotation gets filled up! @@Crabman @@Superkiller67 These are the responsibilities/pre-requisites of the Host: - Staff Member - Positive Attitude - In charge of asking random questions/quizzes in order to give out credits (Must Write Down Winner's Name Somewhere!!) - Make sure things are going well - Announce when it is time to rotate servers - Announce the half hour mark "Thirty more minutes until server rotation!!!" And in case those of you who are Co-Hosts don't know what you'll be expected to do, it is very simple. If for some reason the Host does not make it, you are there to take his/her place. You will have all of their responsibilities if they are missing. You are also entitled to ask questions to give out credits, even if the Host is present! IMPORTANT: Make sure you do not end up giving Too many prizes all at once. Try to thin it out to every 10~15 minutes or whatever amount you believe is fair. !!!We are still in need of a Host for the Back Up Server Rotation!!! First come, first serve!

I was on during the time of this, and I honestly thought Gkoo had said 'Go' earlier then intended as well. Under normal circumstances, I would not be so lenient as of so many chances being given, but this was a legitimate mistake that even I myself would have screwed up. However, being that as it may, rules Were broken and whether it was an accident or not, I cannot 1-up this request, neither will I minus 1 it. Ethnically it's fair and justified, but legally it was wrong. 3 freekills = a perm CT ban. Therefore, I will stay at a +/- 0 for an 'un-ctban'. Yeah, I was thinking of keeping it at an hour length. This way it doesn't end up going too late where people get tired/bored and such. Besides, the second portion of Community Night is for the late-nighters

I, as well as my Co-Host, will be taking down names of people who have earned the credits if by Saturday the hub is not up yet. They will get their credits eventually

I don't mean to butt into this discussion as i'm not a CS:GO player, but you need to cut Chrono some slack. Our CS:GO server is a fairly new one, and we only have very few people who know how to work things such as coding or programming or whatever the fuck it is you do. He, unlike most others has taken the time to learn to do as much as he can for the server. All that he is asking for is some patience and understanding that he can't do EVERYTHING whenever you guys want him to. Atleast, that's what i've gathered so far.
