No one should disrespect anyone in a way that is seen as offensive to the victim (to a certain extent of what 'disrespect' is deemed). At the same time, Staff is expected not to act on impulse and to abide by the guidelines provided properly. Thread should be closed as the hour is already up and the offending Staff Member has made amends and understands the procedure :coffee:

Does a great job as a Staff Member (strictly speaking from first-hand experience of Vector being an ex-Staff Member on CS:S Servers), however his behavior and attitude toward certain situations/scenarios is something that seems disruptive to me. I understand that being a Staff Member can have its ups and downs, and a large portion of players can be incredibly ignorant or stupid, but acting professionally and giving collected responses (without the need for hostile comments or criticisms) is something to be expected from xG Staff. With that said, Vector isn't the only Staff Member who acts this way, but that doesn't excuse for the sort of behavior demonstrated. +/-0

On a bus home, some middle aged guy was talking to himself at the back of the bus. He started sniffing the window of the bus, and I swear to god he was going to start licking it. Would've been great had he done it, could've snapshotted it and captioned it with: "The snozzberries taste like snozzberries".

It seems to me that the last two images are the only ones holding any weight for this Member Protest. The first two are just instances of picture posting, something that 80% of Members do on here (I myself included at times). Keep in mind that those who get annoyed from frivolous things (such as within the first two pictures) are susceptible to being "trolled" more often though. With that said, could you link the threads that these replies were posted in so that everyone can view both sides of the story? I realize you referenced them in the OP, but rather than searching for them it'd be easier if you could just post the links.

Bunch of asian drivers if you ask me. Don't call someone something that you know they take offense to (or at least know what the consequences may be when they have powers), especially if they are openly mocked about it constantly(?). Although if Chrono didn't say that he was taking offense doe, he's a baddie and should probably do that next time before dropping the ban hammer like a scrub :^)

No one is perfect, and 80% of the time, a Staff Member lacks what another Staff Member makes up for, and vice versa. Maybe you'll find that ideal Staff Member who doesn't lack in anything, but that is rare. Point is, if you have a problem with a Staff Member we have a section on the forums (Report Staff Abuse) specifically designed to, for the lack of better words, weed them out. If that isn't the case, then post a Member Protest. If there are an abundance of "rule breakers", instead of posting a General thread that will most likely go unheeded, report staff abuse or post a Member protest with evidence. Its much easier, its much cleaner, and it has a much higher chance of actually being pushed through. :coffee:
