I'm expecting great things this season. Great things.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5Krz-dyD-UQ Game of Thrones. Watch it. On a serious note though (any who have read the book(s) best not spoil any shiz), who else enjoys the show? What do you think will happen next?

You're 100% right. But regardless, given the track record of incidents within xG where someone abused their power; its just not an easy decision to hand out the capability of editing bans. In fact, having access to only edit bans should be so seldom that it shouldn't even be given as a command for all Staff to use in the first place. When dealing a ban, Staff should already know the appropriate length, reason, or other information to be given to justify a ban. Should something be incorrect, the procedure of editing a ban is simple enough: Staff Member requests a ban be edited for X reason The intention to edit the ban has been acknowledged by more than one person (The Higher-Up(s) The Higher-Ups edit the ban as see fit To give a large number of Staff access to SourceBans involves a lot of potential edits that no one will likely hear of, only the one editing will know of it. This could open up a whole new can of worms where people will be editing whatever they see fit without prior permission, and it would be virtually undetectable in the sense that who knows what the reason prior to an edit was. If such an option is really in dire need (which I personally don't think it is due in part to the rare circumstances of an edit) then I would suggest that it be only available to Staff who have been with xG for X amount of time. This way, at a certain amount of time, Staff will have earned the trust needed to have access to such a thing.

There are. Only Higher-Ups have access to it for reasons that are obvious. Lot of nigs can't be trusted :coffee:

The day I found out that he had been on our Server (and was kicked, no-less) is a day that will always live in infamy to me. Not a day goes by where I don't wish I could have been on during the time. It truly was a dark day :coffee:

Mod Submission Elaborated Yes, yes I was. I feel like I may have made this one too intricate. To clarify, the words containing the circled letters had one-too-many of one particular letter, which when written out in order of typo'd words spelt something. Hinted (in an extremely subtle way) at it when I said "I'm a grammar nazi." So, yeah. .. I had some fun with this. Don't judge me.

Still miss the [full] CS:S Division

Where my Club Penguin division at
-
Oh boy. I have pretty terrible memory, but I feel like my first friend here was either Ganja or Razec. Maybe Turdwig? Hell of I know. All I know is that 80% of the people I had relations with when I initially joined are long gone and will be missed.

Division: Counter-Strike In-Game Name: Forest Steam ID: STEAM_0:1:9108717 Position: Community Leader Time Active: Long ass time. Age: Old enough. Experience: Definitely wasn't a Co-Leader before. Information: Well, its about that time of the year where I thought I would give this a shot. Most Members will know that I've been a Co-Leaader before, and so I'll get to the point for those holding your breathe so that you don't end up aspphyxiating yourself. Now, you would be acurrrate in saying that I've been around for a long time (not as long as others) and that I've really just been on forums more often than not, but I feel liike giving back to the community again. Yes, that means I'm applying to a Community Leader (you alll calm down now) position. Simply put, I've noticed that things have deteriorated a bit in terms off conflict and the like. Loot of hate going oon around here. Plus, I mean, we're short a Community Leader or two right? If not, then disregard this application. Thanks for reading, hoping you alll give some thought to this submisssion. Also, I apologize in advance. I'm a grammar nazi :coffee:

Echhhh. Doesn't even matter like Chrono said. Whether vouches are changed, age is changed, the same shet is going to happen. Friends of the person submitting will just D-ride hard and +1 anyways. You could be the scum of the earth, and still get in because of this. I've made this point before (I won't make it again, too long) but one of the few ways to combat this is to accept valid vouches. I feel like this isn't so much directed at the individuals who are "too young" so much as it is a way to stifle the cancerous growth of immaturity, but this is just speculation.

This is the most beautiful thing I have ever heard. It has completely revolutionized this particular genre of music.

So, they have to be a semi-old feg, have Server knowledge, and enjoy CS:S enough to care? Although I can see why Rhods is taking pre-cautionary measures in promoting someone to a position like this. Especially when the most recent (bad) DL kind of caused one hell of a cluster-cuss in and out of the CS:S Division.

@Chrono refused a butt touch with me.

Lay your weary head to rest, don't you cry no mo'.

OP did not say hello or goodbye. I demand swift and decisive action for this injustice in the Hello/Goodbye section :Old Man: However, I will say that I will promptly -1 anyone (who didn't provide legitimate reasoning other than to stir shit up) involved in the "train" who posts a Member Submission some time in the future. Gets pretty annoying when people go through a max exodus then re-apply sometime in the future thinking they can just throw our beautiful clan aside and then pick it back up where they left it.
