Alright, this thread has been both open and inactive for a long time now, and it's clear that DuckiiJr isn't getting back in. Currently he has 13 +1's, and 12 -1's, no where near the required amount to rejoin xG. The fact that several Division Leaders and Silence himself -1'd this as well doesn't help his cause either. Considering that this thread has been open for about 2 months and hasn't yet met the required vouches to rejoin xG, I'm gonna have to deny this application.

As i have stated before and will state again, you had opportunities to talk to the 3 of us about this personally; you have failed to do so and in my opinion you handled this in an incredibly irresponsible manner. You made 0 attempts to get our side of the story or of what really happened. Instead, you decided to take it upon your liberty to reopen a thread, tell a CSS member to remove tags, and accuse people of some gross mistake. I don't care if you want to have a say in other divisions and what they do but DO NOT come in here like you own the place and take care of things based off of your own thoughts and facts.

Buuuutttt, it has also been a year (about). I think the lesson was learned in that time period. I don't like using, "This admin smited but got unbanned" as justification. Though it may have actually happened, it's shit reasoning that basically can be used to let people go for any violation.

Mod submissions always have stayed open, and players never receive powers until after the promo demo list with their name is posted. Why are you trying to change that now? With the way that you are handling this case, you are removing the purpose of a promo/demo list.

That's not proof. Proof is screenshots and demos of abuse, not 15 random people that will say someone is "Over his head".

re-opened @ForestFire please revoke the M from your name, as you cannot be accepted as a moderator until the promo/demo list arrives with your name on it. This thread should remain open for further input until such a time as the list is generated and posted.
