actually, i unloaded it and changed maps, he was back. I didnt remember that the plugins are refreshed after each map change, so it was re-enabled. Then after coming back i decided to put gameme in disabled, changed maps, he didnt return in banned_users. it is gameme.

Solution

First go to Settings> System Settings> Default settings. If the first solution does not work try the trick below.
Remove any disk from the drive and put the device in standby mode (Red LED). Press and hold the On/Off until you ger first beep, a second one and then a double beep.
If there's no double beep, repeat the process.
You should get a menu. Choose the 3rd option and follow the procedure.
P.S. got this from the internet so I hope it works.

My PS3 isn't reading MOST discs. It reads movies perfectly fine, however it doesn't read games.

He probably mass freekilled and disconnected. I believe the menu didn't have some options it has now so people would usually put abusive as the rest are hacking/walling/etc.

It wasn't solely based on your spam so much as it was based on the attitude you showed of doing something you knew would end with negative consequences. Meaning, you were warned multiple times on separate occasions in regards to either spamming, name calling, or general trolling, but the attitude remained the same toward it (up until now).
