If someone posts the same message 3 or more times in quick succession then it's spam. Chat spamming equals a gag for one round, if they keep doing it next round it's a kick, and if they continue doing after that it's a day ban. If someone is spamming then a staff member needs to gag them, otherwise they aren't doing their job.

So I'm going to make this quick, I was never good with goodbyes.
 
When me, Shorty, and Blat Blat, (If you even remember them,) played the RPG surf server together, it was awesome, and at the time the communitywas great.
But now, i feel out of place, as everyone new, | >Names unspecified | seems to disrespect everyone but their closest friends, so I feel it is time for me to go. I also remember when I was loved on these servers about 3 - 5 years ago, and was a regular player, and i usually was around top of the team. Of course, back then I had no enemies. But again, seems like the whole clan hates me, or at least most of it.
 
So to wrap it up, to all you new people, I'd just like to say: Please, if you want to keep xG alive, then don't be a dick to everyone, whether
Sexuality, or attractions, (Furry, Brony, ETC. ,) are not to your preference, you and no one else have the real defined right to judge them.
Opinion or not, and as much as they'd like to say it, and this goes to you as well, words will ALWAYS be remembered. They just get pushed
to areas of our head where we don't look. Especially for the people who DO apply to what I've said above.

We could add a !servers advertisement message that plays periodically on every server, we have it on a couple of servers but not all of them. There are a lot of people who go on jailbreak, and only ever go on jailbreak. That is obviously to be expected, as jb #1 and #2 are our most popular tf2 servers, but there are some people who go on that don't even realise we have other servers.
 
There is a reason for the 'Mod Spam' issue that you pointed out, jailbreak is our most popular server and alot of our mods were promoted from playing on it. You can see on Muffin's staff list thread that half of the tf2 staff is made up of people who hail from jailbreak, and most of them rarely go on any other of our servers regularly. You made a point that staff should branch out to other severs, which would be nice, however this is a gaming clan. People will go on servers which they find fun, and the people who play on jailbreak enough to make staff obviously find it fun.
 
We need to focus not only on our current staff branching out to our other servers, but also we also need to promote the active people on some of our less popular servers. When you go on Saxton hale or Deathrun or Nintendo trade, tell people that we have a website @ xenogamers.com and that they should apply for membership.

Yes, that is definitely tarp. Someone make a ban request and I'll back it up in a heartbeat. Next time he does it, call a staff memebr on and they should handle it. I'm getting sick of G Mask's sh*t.
