Alright so there are rumors going around saying that i scammed @Kart. This is completely false and before you press judgement, let me tell you the story.
 
There was an update in which Unusual Taunts came out. these were going for a lot of money at the time (as a lot of unusuals do but most went for a lot more because of hype). Kart came into the server (Trade Gaming History) very excited telling everyone that he unboxed an unusual Conga (The MOST valuable taunt and saught after taunt) after awhile he was using the taunt and it was fun. He then asked me to broker it for him. (this was around the time i was getting my brokering service off the ground.)

he asked if i could broker it for him. Seeing as he was a good friend i obviously said yes. We agreed to a settlement of half and half because the selling of an unusual with no price and nothing else of info would be hard to sell. (which he refutes to this day). (inventory of the unusual in my backpack: Eazy-V's Backpack - backpack.tf So very soon later i was able to sell it for 9 buds and i took half (4.5 buds) and gave the rest to kart which he then became upset with him saying he didn't agree to the terms and said he didn't expect me to take so much even though we agreed to half (today he told everyone i scammed him and proceeded to back track and said he didn't think i would take ANYTHING: http://puu.sh/i4t7d/0a0ec9ff83.png) after that we went back and forth and then he proceeded to tell me that he needed to give his friend a portion of the profit since he gave his friend gave him the key he then proceeded to give the other friend 2 buds, he knows this friend in real life so the trust between them is there (which would be later been proved as false in the evidence that will provided later in this thread).

after a bunch of insults between both parts and fights on the server. Eventually kart and i rekindled our friendship and the topic was dropped. Later a month later, kart proceeded to talk to the server again and teamspeak about the same situation. I'm told from another user that Kart did not infact unbox the unusual but was actually brokering for a friend. (proof he never unboxed it: History - backpack.tf This all made sense because he would have an incredibly hard time selling it as he is a marked scammer: SteamRep » Kartereno [banned] | 76561198045307014 | STEAM_0:0:42520643 and is banned on all of the major trading websites.

So he would need another player to sell it for him. which would mean that others on trade servers wouldn't associate themselves with him. So he lied about owning the original unusual and never mentioned this third party, the actual victim who lost out of multiple buds which i feel sorry for him and hope he and kart made up after this since they are friends. So after awhile i didn't pay attention to it because it was delt with again. Until today he decides to talk to Mega robin, orangejuice, penguin, where for some reason my name came up and he proceeded to tell these three (who don't care for tf2 at all nor tf2 drama) about how i am a scammer for some reason. Upset obviously i decided to make this thread with the blessing of penguin.

Please do take this thread seriously, you may give your input if you care enough but please keep it civil, i make this thread because it effects my trading reputation if someone goes around calling me a scammer, and this heavily effects my brokering service. which i made a rep thread and actually brokered many unusuals for a good ammount of current and former xG members.

I will say that he should be forum banned due to the fact that 1, i forum banned him last night and he made another account so technically evading a ban. 2, he has disrespected people on the forums a lot. I am sorry bach but you know it is true. Your actions have really serious consequences.

Lately, things have been very temperamental around xG. Often times, I feel like there’s too much bickering and too much fighting among our members to justify the time that I put into doing what I do. Lots of times I feel like the only reason many of us are here is due to habit and never actually wanting to contribute to make xG a better place.

Just as I have had a difficult time watching many of my friends leave our clan, this post comes as a difficult measure. Usually, I wouldn’t be so long-winded about it, but I really feel that my feelings need to be heard. Sometimes, I wish that the level of stress I have to put up with as an Admin on xG was a lot lower, but alas it isn’t. There have been many moments where I simply had to stop and ask myself “What am I doing here?”
 
 
Kudos to those who found it in them to stick around as long as you have. I feel like that’s quite an accomplishment. Despite all of this, however, I have decided that it is time for me to step down and leave xG. Don’t take it upon yourself to try and persuade me otherwise. I’ve made my decision. Now, it’s time for me to be moving on. Getting along with most of you has proven to be too difficult to keep maintenance on.

Giving into my inner desires to never have to deal with this drama again has been absolutely relieving. Out of madness I venture forth to find brighter and greener pastures. In due time, I’m sure I’ll find another community that will actually have respect for one another, instead of a bunch of mindless idiots fighting with each other and spouting stupid-ass dank memes until they literally go insane with one another. Never again will I look back. Grasp for me to stay all you want, but it’s high time I stop babysitting the meme lords and actually find a group of mature individuals who can carry on like normal-ass human beings.

I was on pokemon a lot yesterday. EVERYONE apart from someone called Rafa liked the hooks. They can break the radio tower somehow as someone broke the radio tower using them. Some people threatened to quit going on the server and one even said that pokemon trade used to be his favourite server but since the hooks were added, he doesn't like it.

I was just saying that for me it didn't make too big a difference either way. I can see if others think it's enabling cheap kills I suppose. =/

What does YOU having no clip matter how the players feel? Are you fighting with no clip on? A lot of people don't like it bc they get BS kills. I'm not saying we should get rid of it but it can't stay like this if we wanna keep the population.

So, I'm about to spew out a bunch of suggestions and stuff that may be akin to several other threads that discussed "changes" in or out of the forums/XenoGamers. Just a heads up.
 
To put it mildly, I feel that the forum and its sections need to be cleaned and tidied up. I realize this is a very broad.. Suggestion, and so I will take the liberty of stating what I mean, hopefully without making this post "TL;DR" material (lets face it, its going to end up as such anyways). By no means am I commanding it or anything of the sort, but merely suggesting ways to re-organize things. Now, without further ado, lets begin:

Overall

Important and miscellaneous stuff that should be noted, but won't be included below as "major" content. This applies to most, if not all, of the sections discussed (or to the Forums in general):

Titles of the threads that are stickied need to be altered. Sections are afflicted with threads that are properly titled with threads that aren't properly titled seen here. Notice the threads that are properly capitalized and the threads that look like a sentence (IE. "xG Member Gallery" as opposed to "Staff roster, helpful notes, rules and other things")
Stickied threads that belong in another place should be re-located
 
Invalid rules and other content around the forum (confined within Stickied threads) need to either be re-vamped or removed entirely
 
"Consoles" section should be re-named to "Games and Consoles" to better accommodate both sides
"Computers" should be relocated as a sub-section of "Tech Talk"
"Uncategorized" should be re-named to better reflect (after all, they technically are categorized already), perhaps "Miscellaneous" (wasn't it that before?)
"Divisions" should be re-named "Game Divisions" to clarify further

"Rules" Section
 
I personally feel like this particular page should consist only of XenoGamer's policies and regulations, and as such would need to be re-named ("Rules and Regulations") to reflect these things . Threads such as the "admin handbook" or others that revolve around policies/regulations. With that said, I realize it is also the home of our several Division's sets of rules. This results in what looks like a big cluster ***k of rules that can be overwhelming to some.
 
My proposition is to include a new section along with each particular Division that pertains only to the rules/guidelines of that particular Division. What this will allow is an ordered set of rules that are relevant to each other as well as to their Division. No more scrolling through 10+ threads that are irrelevant to what you need when you need it.
 
If this isn't an option, then at the very least add sub-sections to the "Rules" section that leads to a particular Division's rules/guidelines so that you aren't greeted with a giant mess of threads upon clicking on it.
 
I would also suggest cleaning up out-dated sets of rules. This applies to literally everything. I realize this will be tedious, but there are some pretty out-dated or otherwise invalid rules floating around the forum and they need to either be re-vamped or removed entirely.

"General" Section
 
Not much to report here other than the content of some of the stickied threads. Obviously this section is for anything that doesn't fit anywhere else, but there are a few stickied threads that belong in another place.
 
As mentioned in the "Rules" section, the "admin handbook" should be re-located (although generalized, it still pertains to Staff and should therefore be shoved into a section like "Rules" or if altered "Rules and Regulations").
 
The thread "Want to get unbanned?" should also be re-located. Again, although it applies to the general public, it specifically gravitates around getting out of a ban, and should therefore be found in the "Ban Protest" section.
 
This one has been bugging me the most. "xG Member Gallery" located in the "General" section, but not in the section labelled "Gallery". Self explanatory.

These are just some of the things I've noticed and wanted to point out as problems with the Forums. There may be others, but I'm counting on people to post below what else they think should be re-formatted, re-organized, etc. Going through each section will take some time, but hell, it'll look a lot more presentable when it's done. Just to re-cap, these are all merely suggestions and should be treated as such. I also apologize for making this a "TL;DR" post even though I tried to keep it short.

Imagine XenoGamers is a work space, It's already apparent a lot of us fuck around but lets say its during a lunch break. When a user walks in with a Swastika on to promote the Nazis, IS THIS ACCEPTABLE? No.
Bearing in mind the damn Leader is a Jew too, this is completely unacceptable.
