There's no rule for what you just said, so either make it one or just don't allow abuse days anymore cause they are overused and pointless just like everything else in jailbreak.

Now while I wasn't on that day, that is not most admin abuse days are, at least from my personal experience. Most days its us getting put in carts, buddha, nukes, etc. Not once in my entire time playing here have I seen it how it was shown in the video. Either that or I have a really bad memory :D

I say if they crash the server, they don't know their limits, so it's their own damn fault.

I don't see why its been here for this long, and now just because some youtuber came in on it happening people think it should be removed? That's sure what it sounds like to me, I'm staying neutral on this for now, I don't see how simply some guy joining a server can effect this.

Scamming members of the server. Evidence:

Formerly known as Friend/Big Bear, he has just recently scammed two people from the servers and almost scammed another, there may be more. He goes around saying he has funds in his steam wallet, and sends the victim a photoshopped picture of the "proof", saying he will buy them something with said "funds" if they give him the items wanted. One of the members that many of you probably known, Dapper Potatoes/Chancetic, he was almost scammed but wasn't, we were able to tell that it was clearly a photoshopped photo, another person. Avenger #2, commonly known as Person 3, hes a regular on the jailbreak server, he was one of the people that was scammed out of a bunch of taunts, and another person, Zeta, was scammed as well out of his B.M.O.C. There may be more people out there that have been scammed from this guy, but he switches his name every time he scams someone, and then deletes everyone off his friends list so its like a brand new person, although its not. What I believe he does, is that he scams people, sells the items, and then puts everything on his alt account, which is here

I will update this post as I get screenshot proof from the people who got scammed with the screenshots of the fake funds on it. His alt apparently has a history of paypal charge backs too.

Either what floppy said or make it so they can't join CT until they have 30 minutes to an hour played and have read the !motd, too many people come on jailbreak not knowing what they do and end up getting kicked from blue for glitching onto it, getting banned for mass freekill, you name it.

Before I say anything, can I ask why here you have been playing on jb 1 for 3 years, and yet a bit ago when you made a ban appeal you said you were new to the server? And also your age on your profile is incorrect, says you are 24 there and you say you are 17 here, you may want to speak with someone to get that fixed. :)

In the past I've seen him post on the forums, and I may have posted on some threads, but that's it.
 
He (allegedly) broke the rules to get the first week ban. He could have(or maybe he did, I don't know) made a ban protest. If that didn't work, wait the week, it's not like it's a year.
After the week ban, he continued to evade the ban, repeatedly. While he could have just made more protests in the future, but no he continued to break the rules. Whether or not you think he should be banned or not for that is irrelevant
 
All of you shouldn't be bashing him. I know you don't like him, but he's not here to become your best friend, he's apologizing, to make an attempt to atone for his past offenses.
 
Yes, he could be doing this to make people feel bad for him to get an unban, BUT you don't know that, so don't jump to conclusions, like the three year olds you're all acting like.
 
All I can say is this: You don't want him unbanned? Good. Post that on his ban protest If he makes one. Not on his apology thread. You don't like him? Ok, we didn't need to know whether you liked him or not, and that's not why he's here.
All the answers this thread needs is a "Thanks for the apology" or a "Hey what's up" if you're a friend. If you aren't posting that. You have no reason to post. Nobody even respond to this post, either comment on it or pm me if it's such a problem.

One more thing, you shouldn't have to WANT to be mature, you should be acting mature anyways.

One, I know I'm not a mod/admin, whatever, nor do I have a demo of nour freekilling constantly, but honestly, ask anyone on the server that plays regularly about this guy, before he got banned, he did exactly as Jpie and Demonic were explaining, we could be running towards him, and he would begin firing away at us before he even got hit by anyone, resulting in mass freekilling. He is extremely immature in chat when he gets told he is freekilling, we don't need this guy back on blue right now, or ever.

OK, so, looking at the logs from 3 in the morning that day, someone named [Metrics] logged on during a span 1 hour around 6 times. each time he timed out. This could be possibly the perpetrator. Now, the only reason i targeted Hachi was due to the fact that it is extremely difficult to believe that someone would get on a server that is barely known and destroy worlds due to the fact he still would not have OP powers. I made a false accusation and am manning up to it. I fucked up so bad that it is inexcusable. I feel as if i have done more harm then good here. I made hachi seem evil out of rage. I should have really looked at what was going on with logs instead of doing 90% assumption with 10% of evidence. I would like to apologize to her, I targeted an innocent person. She was not logged in after i got off. I do sincerely apologize to hachi and wasting everyone's time.
 
Also, if @Rhododendron could reload the server back to a save before 5 PM on April 15th that would help the server and resolve all the issues. I don't have access to that anymore.
