I've made a lot of tough decisions ever since I got DM then obtained DL then finally CL/CM
but none of them are harder than this one
I'm stepping down from CM to Member and will be removing my own powers shortly after posting this.
 
Since @Aegean came back everything has gotten way better and there are no longer giant retarded shitstorms to take care of.
@Bello has control of the TF2 division and is a great DL so no real problems there. (Besides valve forgetting about the game)
@Lithium has a solid grasp on the ever growing CS:GO Division and @Bleed is his guardian angel.
 
It would seem a good amount of people want me to step down now and I shall oblige them.
I have been here for four years and I don't have the time or the passion anymore I much rather do something else then play TF2 or CS:GO with what time I have.
I'm not active on teamspeak because most the people I enjoyed have left I only really come on to see @Vector and that is still not often.
 
I'm not gonna make a huge list of tags because you know if I hate you or not.

I can't believe how difficult this is for me. I've written and rewritten this message at least ten times now, and I still don't like the way it's coming out. But fuck it, it needs to be said.
 
My time here at XenoGamers has been amazing. I've made some very strong friendships, made some very fond memories, and helped build this clan into something astounding. If anything, pride is the strongest feeling I have for where xG is at today. I'm proud of our little community. I'm proud of the people who are leading it in the direction it is going. And I am proud of the growth we have made here in our tiny little corner of the internet.
 
With all of that being said, it is time for me to hang up my coat. Ladies and gentleman, I am hereby announcing that, as of now, I am stepping down from the role of Clan Manager here in xG. No tricks. No memes. 100% pure honesty.
 
Some may be wondering why. And to that, I can only say that I have accomplished everything I set out to do, specifically with the Team Fortress 2 division. There was once a time where my assistance was in dire need, and I provided it to my fullest abilities. There were many problems that needed solving, and someone such as myself was required to find the solutions. The time for my assistance has long since passed, so now it's time to turn in the badge.
 
In all honesty, the higher ups are super crowded right now. With the return of @Aegean, our higher ups are in excellent hands, and I honestly feel like the responsibilities of our CMs is spread waaay too thin among us all. So it's with no remorse that I depart from this point, because deep down I know that after I leave, we will continue to operate under some great leadership.
 
And to be quite frank, since we have gotten to where we are at, the desire to play Team Fortress 2 has dwindled heavily. In the day, I find myself wanting to play less and less. It's almost at the point where I am considering selling off my entire inventory, and when someone with a near $5k backpack is considering cashing out, that's a pretty strong indicator that the desire is depleted. Not only this, but with other distractions in life, such as new games to play, responsibilities to oversee, and people to connect with, Team Fortress 2 simply is not a priority at this time.
 
I love you guys. I love this clan. And I honestly feel that it deserves much more than what I am giving it at this time. I have no desire to pursue the game any further. And as much as it hurts me to step down, I feel like it is something I have to do.
 
Please don't think this is me abandoning the clan. I'll still be around. I'll check in occasionally, perhaps hop on a server every now and then, and I'll still be here. I just won't be the guy people turn to to ask questions or ask for help.

it´s not simple , cause they type !motd and then they said "That´s not against the rules". we need that rule ..for me is easy to find those guys
 
[example]. " if the surf map is tier 4 and anyone can´t beat it and then you see someone at the end"
...You think "wow that guy is good at surf" then when you spec him .you see how he beat the surf map using the cheap way,
 
that´s unfair . he must to surf .... that´s because everyone is mad with it . i have been playing that server since 2015. i know all the players . i know their skills .
 
 
don´t remove stickies jumpers and Rocket jumpers . Cause supreme is right if you remove those weapons the server die .

I completely agree with this. The biggest reason for people to do this is because there is nothing saying its not allowed. therefore nothing can happen to someone that does it. If we add something to the rules that goes along the lines of don't cheat to finish the map, Most will stop doing it, the small portion that continues to do it will simple be punished and it would quickly be eradicated as a whole. In my opinion this is a win-win situation, people would stop doing this with minimum effort and no weapons would have to be banned therefore no one is butthurt. Even if it is not entirely enforced just the fact that people could 'now' be punished for it would be enough for most. It would be enforced as much as spawn killing is or even less it wouldn't totally 'matter'.

Honestly you guys, I understand that you cannot properly enforce this being a rule. But also understand that currently there is no rule that says anything like this is not allowed. I have seen many times this has happened and staff could not do anything about the situation. I made this thread with the hope of possibly making a change so that something could be done if necessary.

You should visit our surf server , cause it change at all ... We have funny people saying random things , telling their life and also being friendly with other.
