@virr he did this right as thr round started around 9-8 and killed about 2-3 people

Just seeing at how many people break the rules and how many cancerous people i get rid and also the few people that think i a cool mod i feel like im going to stay to help the server grow bigger and more secure with less toxic/cancer.

Rule of thumb for Moderating: If you already had a dedicated group of haters or players who otherwise disliked you prior to being promoted, take that number and expect it to grow exponentially over the next little while. Staff Members are subjected to a lot of fudge on a daily basis, and part of being a Staff Member is learning to cope with it and to act accordingly.

 

That being said, it's completely understandable as I do recall a rather turbulent time for yourself during the Member/Moderation Submission(s) phase and I can certainly see why you would feel the way you do. With that in mind, that was in the past and it's a new year; if anything, take some time off to think about it before taking the plunge [stepping down]. There's nothing worse than getting a position you've wanted for a while and then stepping down when the going gets tough, only to realize that you were just getting used to the flow of things.

Thanks for the advice i was just on and currently see the server still needs help i am looking more towards changing my mind but it not fully changed.

Now i may do more than just step down but for now i will keep it at this. Don't get me wrong i love the server its just some of the people. One major reason for this is ever since i started i have never really felt welcomed, along the way i just kept getting met with more and more walls of shit talk or just rudeness against me and i'm sorta done so i am going to be stepping down from mod to member and i wish you all good luck. I have seen this way too much and others can agree @Wario when its Lr or any other time during the round people constantly shooting next to peoples faces or random nosc then they say oops ill slay next round practically getting away with it. I feel there should be some a more strict consequence or just a rules against such acts cause its not fun for the person getting kill. and yes i do understand there is already a slay thing for it but sometimes it feels almost intentional

Because this is not closed i just want to add that just because there "isn't" any staff on doesn't mean you can disrespect people like that you don't see me going around calling people names on the server unless its for fun and they are cool with it like me calling sizzle a noob, this adds on to the whole maturity thing on the server the more mature the more likely we are to "like" you

Please elaborate, because saying it's poop doesn't help at all. You mentioned how the credits makes it less fun, please explain why and maybe suggest a better solution to the problems you are having.

Like only getting a total of 100ish credits for playing an hour when most of the stuff cost like 1k plus so it sorta makes you play more (again good for the server but boring) and also when you finally get that item you're a whole 50 years older i can think of like 1 more reason but i'm still thinking on it (XD)

I'ma be completely honest i think the whole credits system is cool and it helps you guys get money but i personally think its a bunch of poop i LOVED the whole in game money thing it worked fine but credits just limit that to less fun at least they kept the bombs for money
