Moosty 148 Posted August 9, 2014 My headset just died for good (R.I.P. in peace cheapo turtle beach) and i have the money for a new one. but i am apparently pretty bad at finding a good one. It needs to be a USB input (my 3.55 mm jacks are broken) and under 40$ (under 35 would be superb). dont care what it looks like, as long as its reliable and the mic is clear. any help with this would be greatly appreciated. jaygoki 237 Posted August 9, 2014 I really haven't had much experience with PC headsets other than cheap $10 microsoft headphones and my Turtle Beach PX3's, but these are $100 and honestly I feel like they're worth $100.-

Plantronics GameCom 780 Open Ear Gaming Headset with 7.1 Surround Sound: Amazon.co.uk: Computers & Accessories Not sure how much it is in $US but its under £40. Euros are essentially worth twice the amount of US dollars. So you could guess around 80 in the US. 1 Kittylicious reacted to this
Ohstopyou 42 Posted August 19, 2014 I personally like the Logitech G Series. Here are two: Good one for around your price range: Amazon.com: Logitech G230 Stereo Gaming Headset: Computers & Accessories Or if you want to splurge for a little more features: Amazon.com: Logitech G430 Surround Sound Gaming Headset with Dolby 7.1 Technology: Computers & Accessories
Scootaloo 124 Posted September 7, 2014 Well, I too feel like I need to get a new headset, as I hate my Triton Kunais. They aren't loud enough and the mic is pretty sub-par. Can't recommend anything, but I'd say stay away from Triton. =/
