Sports/exercise

This is simply a thread talking about, if you exercise minorly or majorly, like lifting. Also if you play or played a sport. Maybe brag a bit about what you can do.

 

I've done baseball and soccer from K to 8th grade and quit due to my dad being a poor sport. I've only played the sports to have fun and get out of the house

I actually like exercising, but i took me up to this year to take a weight training class to become better in health

The Barbell I use is 45 lb

Bench: 95 lb

Push: 75 lb

Squat: 150 lb

Dead Lift: 95 lb

Bicep 21's: 45 lb

Upright Row: 55 lb

Incline Bench: 75 lb

Tbh i don't really find this impressive for myself, because i see my other classmates do more than i can do, but i do feel the improvement, but fuck push press

lets see..

 

I do gymnastics. I'm a cheerleader at school, I can do cartwheels, back flips, front flips, and stuff.

 

I also like dancing and do that a lot.

 

I play vollyball and badminton too.

 

not sure if its a sport but also horse riding.
