No offense to Bello or Egossi but what? He's not even active on the servers so why does he deserve staff?

I agree with Kypari. The TF2 division has more active staff at the frontlines than Egossi..or..Blank? What have they done to contribute? I know it isn't my place to debate staff, but I don't see either of these "Division Managers" taking a proactive stance on server activity. Why were they promoted? How are they fit to be division managers over other potential options? Was it for merit? Was it for their tenure as a Xenogamers member? Why did they earn the position? I don't normally complain about promotions or demotions, but why?

I'm happy for Blank and I think if blank was the only person to get dm then I'm cool with that. Egossi though? No offense I like you but

I agree with that fact, Kypari. A DM should be an active player, too.

I understand your reasoning behind the activity thing, I believe there is more to them getting promoted than their activity on servers as I see them on teamspeak, forums and contributing a lot to community discussions. Regardless, this was discussed with the TF2 staff and I'm sure you'll get a statement about it soon enough.

Remember, things are not set in stone, and any issues that may happen can easily be remedied and reverted if need be. I have a lot of faith in Bello's judgement over TF2 and so do the rest of the higher ups, I would like you guys to give him the benefit of the doubt as well.

To everyone who is concerned about why we have been promoted although being inactive on the servers, I understand your concerns and Blank and I will try our hardest to show you what a DM should be actually doing rather than just doing what an admin can on the servers, which is why I believe we were promoted in the first place. It is true that I haven't been as active on our servers because of my school, timezone difference and other obstacles in life. But I personally will make as many contributions as I can. Thanks for having faith in me.

Yes? He is? He's definitely not the most active person, but he is active enough. And he's good at using common sense and dealing with community issues. I'm in school I'll respond with an elaborate reply Later.
