Any member that still gets banned for legitimate reasons should not be running a division, no matter how well you know the game. Maturity is a huge factor when it comes to running a division, if you can't handle yourself in a mature manner, it will just keep people away from that division.

To be honest i feel like it would be better for just the people who have this game to play together, based off our past histories with these types of games it seems like a waste of time/resources

Pretty sure that's a glitch and not a feature. Sometimes hats and miscs kinda just come off the character. From what I've seen, there is no way to fix it.

Didn't we just deny Gustav's ban protest because he intentionally massed? Wasn't it also decided on Eden's last ban protest (in which he was permed from CT for intentionally massing) that all future intentional masses would be denied? I like Whitestar and all, but we need to quit the favortist bullshit when we unban people just because we like them a little better than the last guy who intentionally massed. -1, he intentionally massed on a noballs and should stay permed (I understand that he was egged on to do it, but everyone knows the consequences of massing and he shouldn't have given in), sorry bud. While it was a wrong thing for Renegade to do, I don't think you should put the blame on some of these people that would like to be unbanned and had nothing to do with the situation. If they are making the effort to be unbanned from our servers, why not let them be unbanned?

Believe me, I know. I used to moderate the servers on CS:S and I found it pretty damn stressful (even for a thing that I volunteered for) to watch jailbreak. I left CS:S for that reason, but now jailbreak has come back to haunt me to this day and it's even worse than before.
