    I think that the old 10 +1 system was pretty alright, it required you to hop on ts and find friends in the div of your choice. You would play games with them and earn their trust. Eventually after being a part of the community for long enough or having met enough cool guys. You would put up a memeber sub. Thats how it should work and thats how it should stay. You don't need membership to be part of the community. Those words go out to cool guys like Lt. Dan and many others. I am a fan of the global memebership idea but 5 +1 and a cl/dl +1 isnt enough to know if somebody is trust worthy and a cool guy. The person should find/befriend more people to hit the 10 +1 requirements. The age limitations need to be dropped for exceptional people, not everyone. The whole community with +1 power needs to agree upon their maturity and +1 or -1 based on that. Many young kids are not ready to be part of the clan, and I'm pretty sure you know why.
