    You're reasoning?

What's the point of having a member-only Steam group if we wouldn't kick out the people when they leave xG? It would just turn into an invite-only group at that point.

  2. +1

I'm legit gonna have to side with Matsi here.

On a similar situation warden told all T's to stack on his spray for no balls. They slowly started moving off the spray and once I realized it I blew away over half the time. A million people started crying freekill but once I explained "Noooo they were off the spray" everyone was like "Ooooooh"

So same here, if Matsi had been asked why he shot the guy, there would be now problem.

As far as not giving warning shots - why not? It could have been a mistake on the T's part and Matsi wanted to give him a chance. However, after seeing how everything went down, I beleive you would have swapped him for a "freekill" instead of a "freeshot" if he would have killed him for not following orders, instead of just a warning shot.

ALSO for a freeshot we give warnings. We're not even supposed to SLAY for a single freeshot, so how you get off with a teamswap is beyond me.

  3. The following changes to member applications go into effect now-ish.

    * Applicants must wear the tag "-xG-r-" (exactly) at all time on our servers

Why? This will help all players identify you as being a recruit or applicant, giving them the ability to more easily find you and vouch for you on the forums. This should also eliminate advertising and clear up any confusing on whether or not it is allowed.

    * Your application will be closed after 2 weeks if you are not accepted or declined by that time. You must wait a minimum of one month to re-apply

Why? We expect to see people getting more vouches faster with the new tag, so there's not point in an application being open longer than that. At that point we could easily make the argument that you are not very active and/or you don't stand out (in a good way or a bad way).

Current applicants are encouraged to follow these new guidelines, but it is not a requirement for applications that are already open.

  4. No no, it's actually an existing rule, I just added it to the list here. Like, if they get 10 +1's in 3 minutes they can't be accepted until it's been 24 hours so people have time to -1 their gay ass.

  5. - Require applicants to wear the xG-r tag on our servers.

    - Applications must be open a minimum of 24 hours, maximum of 2 weeks.

    - If denied, or not enough vouches within 2 weeks, must wait 1 month before reapplying.

I'll leave this here for now if anyone has any further input, I'll update the submission guidelines later today if no one here objects.

  6. Actually, I don't think the "background check" is a good idea - if they're applying they should wear the tag, if we don't allow them to wear the tag for whatever reason I'm now thinking "why not just shoot down the app instantly"

So now, I guess the question is - do you guys like the idea? And if so, what would the tag be?

  7. Yeah, there is no favoritism, and he explained that he killed the one who was rebelling, instead of the non-rebelling T. Here is something to think about. If he says one was rebelling, the other wasn't, then he must have known where the non-rebelling T and rebelling T both were. That means he saw one of them and didn't kill them.

Do you get what I'm saying?

He knows one is a rebel because he hasn't seen him the whole round, doesn't mean he knows where he was rebelling to.
