A probationary mod would be highly recommend when the time comes and this user improves. Look at Steven peoples have issues at the same time people can improve I hope this happens for this user.

You still "Threatened to remove his powers," regardless of the number of times. This would be a different scenario, but if someone claims that they will "DDOS the server(s)" a staff member can still have them banned, even if they said it once.

im a nutter, my attitude has improved im not that much of a toxic fuck unless you abuse me (pepper). But in all seriousness, I was a mod on css I didn't abuse, I don't think people really had any problems with me modding on css. I stepped down and took a break from jailbreak and started playing counter strike more competitively thats why I stepped down. Ill help populate servers and what not when I have free time, I can moderate when no mods are on in the middle of the day because I have free time. I was banned because according to the moderators, I was being "arrogant". However, I was merely testing out the limits of them to see how much it takes to be banned. I can assure you that my actions will not be repeated, especially now that I know that it takes little effort to be banned. This is why I want to be unbanned.

So, its been a good 4-5 months I believe..... Still to this day i try and rejoin the server, and everytime it says that i have been banned. I know it was a rightful ban but at the time i was banned i was really angry and upset. Im actually nervous to make this unban request because i cant deal with critisism very good and im scared of the stuff you guys will use against me because you guys have evidence, and i cant do anything about it. I would just ask bleed reconsider my Perm-Ban. I have been practicing my bhops (i used a program that spams space) legitemate and in saying with alot of balls that im pretty good at it. I would just like another chance. Please dont be too harsh on me cause i know i was wrong but i never suspected 'toucan' to be bleed.
