as for you, you are new in this clan, you dont know as much about what goes on in this community, brian on the other hand has been in the clan almost as long as i have, hes been handling the tf2 division until he left the clan cause of silence, and during that time he has populated tf2 and it is now our most popular division with the most active members and servers. brian is complaining about silence for the same reason why people would complain about politicians, they want them to do something that the public wants to better everyone else, its not like a politician can tell the person to fuck off or shut up otherwise they get voted off in the next election, in this case with silence, people would leave the clan and discourage others from joining or supporting the clan.

That's like saying the president runs the country, or even Congress, and they're allowed to do anything they absolutely want, with no consequences. It's gotten to the point where people shit-talk silence all the time. We've all grown tired of the same old antics, even after he said he'll stop. We should be thanking him monthly, for letting us play on the servers, having free admin, and allowing us to get away with so much on the servers, but his childish actions are so mundane and endearing, it's become commonplace, and even welcomed to hate silence. I'm not saying we should praise him as our savior, but at least let him have the decency to respect us, if he wants us to respect him.

Doing this as a thread because I don't even know many of the people that I have problems with...
I have been going through people on TS and talking with them to solve problems between me and them. I am sick of this whole situation and I feel that it cannot possibly lead to anything productive for xG. I love xG and I love playing with many of the people I have met here. I want to do everything I can to help xG advance and resolve it's issues.
 
A lot of the problem I feel that I have been causing is due to how varying people's interpretation of "disrespect" is. I for one have heard pretty much any insult there is to hear and have become used to being called any sort of "disrespectful" name... it doesn't bug me at all, so I think due to that I do it back to everyone else, especially during times of high stress. For that I apologize, I would like to work towards repairing any hostile relationships I have caused with anyone and ask that anyone that wishes to discuss any problems to chat with me on TS chat.
 
Apart from that I am going to seriously work on not name calling and attempting to be ...less hostile... in my opinions on the forums.

It makes sense. How can they possibly link you to xG if the tag isn't in your name? It's not like they have access to your Steam ID or something stupid like that
