Then restrict perma-banning from people who pay for staff membership until they prove that they can handle the responsibility and maturity that it takes to be a full mod/admin. Seriously, the people who got mod (not PM, full mod) earned it through some way or another, whether it was through hard work and an application, or whether they showed the proper qualities and were promoted by higher-ups. It almost seems like you think that people are just promoted willy-nilly with no real good reason as to why they were promoted. They got their position for a reason, not just because someone said "You know what'd be funny, let's give this random dude mod." You are basically telling every mod out there that if a serious problem arises that they have to go to someone else and ask them for help instead of proving themselves worthy of even having a staff position and handling the problem himself. I'm also glad that a major change like this happened without the CS:S community being notified whatsoever.

That's stupid, might as well give us our perm back if we can kick them and perm anyways. To obviously make it easier we should be given perm back so we don't have to waiste time kicking and just go straight to the banning.

Why this was taken away from us is beyond me. Why differentiate us from that? If you wanna make admins & mods have big power differences, take away PM or @@@ from mods or something. Don't take away a necessary function that we have to use in certain situations! +1

how can i not +1 this? i mean you and me have always gotten along with each other,I've been there when all of your main events of getting punished went down,we even beat resident evil 5!! witch I'm down to beat again with you :D.I really hope you get unbanned,as you said,it's been about a good year or 7 months that you've been banned,so good luck my friend.

+1 +1 and +1 again. Speed was one of our more prominent members of xG, always enforcing rules and such as an admin and just generally being a great guy to hang out with. You could always count on him to be on the servers when Staff Members were needed, and even as a member of WD, he still continued to be an avid player in the xG servers and showed leader-like qualities (attempting to resolve problems when they arose between WD and xG). Made an excellent addition to xG back then, and will still make an excellent addition now.
 
A: 8/10
- Almost always see him on CS:S Jailbreak as well as other servers like Minigames or Surf. He's on for extended periods of time (longer then myself) nearly every day. All that is lacking is the activity on our TeamSpeak server, which would only make him that much more in terms of being an xG member. Activity is where it should be.
 
M: ★10/10★
- This guy, always for the people. When I say that, I mean he is literally always pointing out when a rule has been broken both in public chat (to let the player be aware) as well as notifying Staff Members to resolve any issues. Back when he was an xG member he did an amazing job as Admin, and always kept a level head when working with problems. He even took the time to attempt to resolve issues between WD and xG, and that's more then enough for me to give a 10/10. Maturity exceeds where it should be.

If not, it'll be just like back then man, both of us Moderators and being the only ones on to moderate and keeping everything locked up tighter then a chinese finger trap.

im sorry, but i have something to say to silence,what you said is wrong,you had no right to say such thing, "BANNED FOREVER UNTIL HE KILLS HIMSELF THEN HE CAN GET UNBANNED" this is wrong to say. in my opinion i believe you should apologize to duckii jr though i dought you will,Nothing new from you.Even if he was "joking" or being "serious" you shouldn't of said such thing.people in real life have actually committed suicide due to idiotic messages said as you did.In my opinion a good leader wouldn't say dumb things like that,and would actually be more mature and be reasonable with their members.Im pretty sure you know what im trying to say about you from that sentence above.Even if duckii jr has said "he was gonna commit suicide" many times,you still can't just bash him like that,i mean you don't even know what his life is like or what he goes through.What if he gets bullied everyday of his life,in school,everywhere he is?Then he try's to play games and have some fun cause that is probably his only way out from being bullied or from committing suicide?He might be Bi-Polar as chrono said,but then again,you don't know what he goes through in his daily life.

getting us all unbanned was not my idea,i was pulled aside into a private meeting when your higher ups were discussing certain things about us WD,there for it was never in my or in our intentions to get unbanned,just happen to be i was pulled aside and i told the true story of what really happened since we never got a chance to explain,so a vote was started.And yes a certain person might of plagiarized,but in the end of the day i changed/reworded everything.and you should be more specific when you say "you trolled" cause me myself i've never trolled xG, nor do i ever look forward to doing so.And we are slowly but surely getting everything populated,gotta remember,where a new clan,can't just become famous/gain a hundred members over night.So this is where i stop commenting and just let the vote continue,so good day to you sir.
