Because I cannot vouch for either party on this matter, I will be giving my say purely by what I believe is fair. Whether or not it was accidental, a mass freekill is a mass freekill. However, what I want to know is if all of the kills were done in Armory. I will remind everyone that killing any Ts Regardless of the Time is justified so long as they are in Armory. Being in Armory under ANY circumstances deems any Terrorist a Rebel, with the exception of during Last Request. With that in mind, any kills where the T was in Armory were not freekills, however the CT should Not be in Armory after 7: 30 and should be slain as such. What I am hearing from our Staff Member who dealt the CT ban was that he physically witnessed you shooting Terrorists Outside of Armory, which I am going to have to rely on since I was not present at the time. As for the server ban, you were banned for a week under the reasoning of Ban Evasion. I will not interfere with this, because changing your name to avoid being targetted is still considered Ban Evasion and the appropriate course of action would be a ban for a period of time. @@DarkWolf6052 should he decide to either remove or lessen the ban time. I do not feel you should be unbanned from CT so quickly, as it has only been a day. I want you to take a look at our MotD Rules and review them a bit while you wait out this CT ban, and if after a certain amount of time I have seen an improvement in knowledge of our rules, I will give my 1-up. I will however +1 for a shortened amount of time in the Server Ban, but again it is entirely up to Darkwolf. - Dat guy, Forest

Many different Staff Members have given their take on this, and I've collected two separate responses from them. - No, because you do not know whether or not they have guns unholstered. - Yes, because if they are not going through the door they are not actively participating In my opinion, I agree with the first. If by some slim chance you kill someone who does not have a gun out, then it is technically a freekill because they are not in the Warday area and did not have a gun unholstered. Speaking of which, why would anyone just spray through the door as a CT like that anyways, it just wastes ammunition. There was a Community Night held a while back before I hosted the second. If I'm not mistaken, the first was hosted by RpGs and Aegean and was a success.

Doesn't even have to be established. Mic spamming is against motd rules and should result in a gag/mute. This time around (If we do another community day/night), I will be recruiting more Staff Members to make sure players are not spamming to ruin the day for everyone else. They will be muted/gagged, and if they continue, kicked/banned depending on the severity of the spam.

People left due to the shitfest that was Gungame actually, it was just too much. Also there Was a tinychat thing going on in which I was a part of, as for the Draw My Thing, didn't really happen cause I had uber lag.. Go figure, can't even play a simple game like that

After overlooking everything, it has been decided that it is in the best interest of xG, that all players from WolvenDominion will Not be unbanned. The WD Owner has made it perfectly clear that they do not wish to come to terms nor do they wish to come to a mutual understanding. Towelie has taken full responsibility for his actions and will now have to answer to his players as to why they will remain banned from xG servers. I would like to also mention Speedlimit56 as one of the Higher-Ups of WD, trying his best to remedy this situation. It is regretful that things did not turn out the way we had hoped, but I would like to thank Speedlimit56 for all of his help in trying to establish a connection between WD and xG. Truly, he had worked harder on this then any other Co-Leader/Owner of WD. As quoted from their Leader; Let it be known that this thread is not being closed to Spite WD in any way, it is being closed so that Towelie may understand his actions and learn that acts of hostility such as this does not go unpunished. Players of WD may post for a ban appeal in the appropriate section, however a mass un-ban is completely out of the question at this point. TL;DR - Request to have all members of WolvenDominion unbanned has been denied. If you wish to be unbanned, you may post an appeal in the appropriate section. It all depends on the context and scenario. I'm only pointing out that something may seem disrespectful to someone, but it may not be disrespectful to another person in any way. Same thing with racism. Let's say a guy with an african-american background calls his friend (same background) a n*gger. Neither take offense because they know it's a joke and treat it as such, but anyone else would find it offensive. I'm not going on about whether or not it's disrespect. I'm going on whether or not the players/people MENTIONED treat it as disrespect. Which is why i'm saying you shouldn't just provide proof on "disrespect" if it's directed at someone else. How do you know if the person is taking it seriously and is offended, or if they are just laughing and understand it's a joke. Even here with the "proof provided" in this protest, he may be saying it in a chat while the others aren't there, but again, you cannot just Assume they will take it that way. I could even drag ShadowSpy in here because an incident happened like what i'm explaining. A player saw another player "harass" and call ShadowSpy names, but BOTH Shadow and the other player were joking around in the background. Therefore, it wasn't disrespect because ShadowSpy wasn't offended nor did he feel harassed.
