Pretty much sums up what i'm thinking as well. You would make a terrific mod imo bro, don't get me wrong. But the fact that it's only been a few days since you last applied shows that you spam posted in a bunch of threads.. It does seem like you wouldn't be using forums after getting mod, but as I said, this is all just an assumption as you spammed. I hate to say it, but i'm going to have to remain at a +0 for now.. Other then the fact that you recently applied already and spammed posts, the maturity level is where it needs to be, as is the proper knowledge of the motd rules. +1 to leave it in Console but out of All chat. Something like this definitely encourages 'rogue' CT's to kill whoever the chat deems a 'Rebel'. It completely defeats the purpose of the "If you didn't see it happen, it didn't happen" rule (If you didn't see the T shoot/kill the CT, then you can't do shit.)

+1 to have this implemented into the motd rules as 'Cha Cha Slide Game' under 'Different Type of Games' category. EDIT: Or maybe even add a seperate category labelled 'HLDJ Specific Games' and place it under there

Out of those five tips, #5 is right on the money for me. I can't stand it when someone impersonates a highly known player on the server. It just bothers me in a way that nothing else does (other then people not knowing the motd rules). I won't name anyone, but as Stence said, i've seen a few people impersonating Doug and it's just.. I won't bother putting a -1 or even a +1 .. too many members are disgruntled with you mate, for good reason. If you had learned your lesson before, you wouldn't be applying right now, and you would definitely not be saying you've "matured". I'm the type to believe in second chances, but this Isn't the second. It's like, the third.
