I'd give my two cents in this, but frankly it was already mentioned several times so I'm not going to do the whole broken record thing. It's one thing to mass freekill intentionally. It's a completely different story when a Staff Member slays everyone for no reason other than for shits and giggles. As much as I like Jordo, what he did was unacceptable and he should not be let off the hook so easily. If he truly wants to be unbanned, he can contribute to XenoGamers or he can participate in the "pizza" challenge. It's a -1 from me.

Come on guys, let's not. Since the beginning of time, we have all known these orders to be stable and fine as they were. Afk freeze = face anywhere unless specified, Guncheck freeze = look away from your cell, typically a complete 180 degree turn from facing it. These rules were set in stone (to an extent) and we had no problems or issues with them until Players/Members thought it would be funny to loophole and be smart asses. Now it seems like our own Staff can't distinguish between a rule that was long-ago determined between something that was made up on the spot. With that said, I'd like to see both sides of the coin before giving my own opinion on the matter, however; if it's as simple as it sounds, Speed should be well aware that it was always enforced as I mentioned above. Albeit you are technically facing away, but do we have to keep altering the MoTD in fine freaking print just so you people can play a game? I'm as fool-hardy as the next guy, I troll and state many things that are contradicting as a T, but not once have I slain someone for killing me when I was logically doing the right thing. Simply put, if you are going to be a smart ass about something, expect it to come back and bite you in the ass, and don't react in such a way that makes you come off as a "rule-whore" when you know you're just doing it to get away with some minuscule detail.

There are seldom cases where someone who intentionally mass freekills gets let off, but this won't be one of them. When you intentionally mass freekill, knowing that there are Administrators, Moderators, and even a Division Manager of the CS:S Division present, and you have the audacity to blatantly do it when told not to by all of them, then you better expect consequences :Old Man:

Little too early for a Member Submission. In my own opinion, I suggest you take the time to decide whether or not you actually want to be a part of XenoGamers, or if you're just in it for another ride. The reason I say that is the last time you were here, you bought Paid Administrator, and after a couple of weeks, resigned from xG to join another clan (EcG). Now I don't know what your intentions are, or why you even left in the first place if you planned on returning, but I don't condone what you're doing. Before I give a vouch of any sort, I would like to hear a brief description of what made you want to leave XenoGamers (a clan you insist on rejoining) as well as one you had recently bought Administrator powers in before leaving. It just does not add up to me, why would you leave in the first place if you were so inclined on coming back?

When they [threads] became intentional flamewars to purposely start a fight for no good reason at all. If the guy mass freekilled intentionally, and then proceeded to give an atrocious attitude regarding it on a Ban Protest, he has a lot of nerve to expect to be unbanned, let alone expect the thread not to be closed. It also doesn't help when it's condoned by a group of people either; whether or not they are ex-members/members. The best course of action was to close it before it got any worse, and I would have done the same. If this is regarding something other than the Ban Protest with paulie, disregard all of above.
